An error occurred while saving the comment Sophie McNeil Wolf commentedWe have several people that will be confused with the new portal switchover due to giving via household, as an individual and as a fund advisor for a fund. That may mean there are three profiles associated with an email address. It would make sense for the end user to see these combined.

When both the Giving Hub and new Portal are enabled, there is an option to add a Login to the Giving Hub main menu. This will allow a User to login to their profile prior to donating. If a profile is logged in prior to making a donation, a new profile will not be created.

An error occurred while saving the comment Sophie McNeil Wolf commentedI agree wholeheartedly. We switched from using Network for Good to Foundant and it is sorely lacking in look and in functionality. In some ways, our move to Foundant (while being more integrated as a system) is a step back in the eyes of our fund holders.
We use campaigns to create sponsorship levels for certain fundholders. Campaigns is our work around, but it is clunky in its current form.

After review by our engineering team, we are moving this back to proposed. The school name populates if using Post by Payment. The reason it does not without that option is that the scholarship populates the fund statement on the post date, and the school is assigned on the payment lines, which could be later than the post date.

This is important for brand consistency and very similar to creating a family font within a website. A default font family should be priority unless selected otherwise.
