    I do appreciate that some licenses allow adding custom columns on the Evaluator Dashboard but 4 Columns are System Presets that users cannot change / remove (Form, Process, First Name, Last Name). Many organizations attempt blind / confidential evaluations so would appreciate being able to remove some of those system specified field to allow space for further customized views. Our committees are asking to see category scoring but we only have two custom columns available. It would be much more impactful if we could have 4-5 to see everything in one view

  2. It would be helpful if Admin could copy a question from one process to the other.

  5. Add Submit Button for Administrators to allow admins to submit follow ups rather than proxying as the applicant .

    Have the exact same concert as Nicole above. Evaluators are trying to download and print applications post assignment and it's very inconvenient to download one at a time
