    You can do this by including a condition in the connector in the associated workflow task.

    Hi Tessa, If the field is marked as mandatory, the system will not allow you to proceed and displays a message showing the required fields that are not filled out.

    Required fields are marked with a red asterisk, but be careful because there is an option that "appears as mandatory", but it bypasses the validation rule.

    I'm trying to understand the problem. We have a field that indicates the requested amount. This field is a summary of the budget attached to an Excel spreadsheet.

    That amount is visible on the cover page, included in signed agreements, visible in views for team review, etc.

    We also have initial budget, current budget (with approved changes requesting during the year), justified budget and residual budget

    Sometimes we have the same status, but we use a field to subclassify it.

    Other times, we create multiple statuss or even rename them. This can be done without major system updates. New individual workflows can even be created as needed without any intervention from smartsimple.

    Hello! We have a grant manager role to address this issue, and we always request that this role be added with a departmental account. The grant manager (as many as you want to add) or can manage the justification and all documents for previous and post grants.

    And we have other rol: Research Center Manager to be "administrator" for that organization
