    This creates a digital equity barrier for individuals who do not have access to paid software such as Adobe Acrobat. We need all of our applicants to have the same access with the same effort, and we need a lot of documentation/uploads for these grants.

    We too need the ability to copy/duplicate questions, especially during branching. Right now, ALL of our questions have to be hand entered for each one. This is, as someone else mentioned, a big time sink.
