I struggled with this today - remembered the person's name (and spelling) but not the fact that their last name was hyphenated. Took many variations of their name to finally find them, and very much wished for fuzzy search capabilities.

It is possible to do it in the list, but not yet on the form. We will monitor interest to determine if the priority rises for future consideration.

Agreed. We work with universities and the variation of spellings is staggering (University of Texas Austin vs University of Texas at Austin vs University of Texas, Austin, etc..) Have to use batch update to change them all to one name, then use duplicate check to merge them with each other. Very tedious and time consuming process.
