    It would be really helpful to customize the metrics dashboard. Similarly this function isn't useful to us with the default options being about payments and decisions.

    The ability of the "primary" contact to choose if every user from an organization can see and edit requests and follow-ups would be very helpful! This is especially an issue when there is staff turnover at an organization and the new person doesn't have access to what the previous person submitted or the follow-ups without us manually changing it. The collaboration feature does not solve this issue.
