In the Application 'document viewer', i was wondering if it would be possible to request the additional of a 'download all' button.
I need to download all of the attachments as separate PDF files, which currently requires me to click the download icon up to 20 times per application.

Scholarship LoR form submission tweaks
This might be two ideas - but both are about the LoR submission page.
1) It is often the case where LoR writers write many LoRs for students. The SLM experience for these writers is generally good. The writers like that all the names are on one list. But when they start on that list, they click off to the LoR form and (because they have so many to write) they forget whose they are writing in that very instance. Allow for .pdf of questions to be translated
There should be a way to preview the question list in a different language. I know you can google translate the actual page as it's being filled out. But it would be even better if, when I create the .pdf of the question list, it could be created in whatever language the application was already being translated in. This would help applicants have a reference of what the application might ask them so that they can be prepared without a language barrier.

Include Form Name on print packet
In the print packets, it would be terrific if Foundant could pull in Form Name instead of (or in addition to) Form Type on the cover page. So instead of FollowUP, it could say, for example, AFF Grant Covenant.

copy process to same form rather than first form of the process
It would be great to have the ability to select when copying a request into a new process, in which stage we want it to be - LOI vs Application. We are using LOI Forms in all our processes, though sometimes the LOI gets approved under a process (Inquiry) and the actual application to be completed by our grantee is under a different process. We use the inquiry process to collect basic information to see if we would fund them and identify the type of application they need to complete.
We're having to re-approve the LOI and complete the LOI…

I would love to have a reminder that filters in reporting are case sensitive.
Please add a reminder note or an "i" icon info. Fairly often, I add filters, get an empty report, then realize my capitalization doesn't exactly match the one in the system.

Sorting SLM Admin dashboard buckets by first and last name
I'd like the ability to sort SLM applicants by first and last name in all dashboard buckets. Evaluators can sort their dashboard using first or last, but admins can only sort by first name.

Ability to "unassign" a review committee member, after rankings have begun.
We have a committee member who now has a conflict of interest with four applicants (of 37 total in the process). Currently, there is no way to remove this committee member from these four applications. Support is telling us that, once assigned, there is no way to remove a reviewer without losing the work of all the other committee members. This need to be fixed for the future!

Remove the last page of the LOI form that says File Attachment Summary. This is not applicable to the LOI and should be deleted.

How about a report that shows synced & not synced fields in all scholarship processes?
We have over 60 scholarship processes. Between setting most of these up 4 years ago & adding new funds along the way, we discovered lots of fields/Qs that were not synced. It would be so helpful to have a report that would show which need to be synced.
We've recently discovered that Follow Up Forms and Approvals also have unsynced fields.

Edit Shared Questions & Keep Previous History
Can a Shared Questions type exist that allows the applicant to change their response moving forward in a renewal form, but not have any prior answers changed?
While CSuite keeps a log of schools attended, it is better & easier to do our reports in SLM in one collective place. If we allowed school changes, then our data will reflect the change in SLM for prior forms.
This shared question allows the student to see their previous answer and respond if necessary making it easier on the student's experience to not fill out the same info.

Branched Question Groups in Installment Form
It would be amazing if we could customize the installment form more than we currently can in the GLM. For example, many of our installments are based on deliverables from the grantees. It would be great when setting up an installment if we could have a branched question group so that logging the deliverables and their due dates that the installment is dependent upon does not show up unless it applies to the installment at hand.
How do others approach tracking installment contingencies in the GLM?

Add Custom Columns to Search Field
We would like to add custom columns to the general search field. An example would be, when searching for an organization, there would be a column that shows the primary contact and contact information. This would allow one to be able to contact the project director without having to go two or three clicks into the organization's page.

Regular Expression - Project Request Field
Limits on Project Request Field
Please allow us to enter regular expressions for the project request field or impose limits in any way. Currently, we use this field for scholarship applications as Initials and Last 4 Digits in an attempt to reduce as much bias during evaluation season. However, despite an 8 character limit, students will forgo their initials, etc. It would be great to have a unified type of answer.
Example: IAS 4777 or IS 4777

Having ability to show all contacts for an organization in a report - and specify the Executive Director
We have implement a process where the Executive Director needs to sing an electronic grant agreement. This requires me to know the name and email address of the Executive Director. It would be nice to be able to pull a report specifically showing all the contact names and email addresses listed so I can then know who to assign the report to.

Please add a Copy to Another Process Button to the Submitted Section
Please add a Copy to Another Process button in the Submit Section. I can tell when a request should go to another process but I am forced to mark it as complete and assign an evaluator and then send it back to submitted (which I often miss because the button is at the bottom of the page and I have to scroll down to find it! Move that up while you are adding the new button, please.) It would be much simpler to have a button there as well to allow me to move it to an internal system. Thanks.

Reflect the Total #s on the tabs on Org page
It would be great to see the total number of requests/comments/documents on the top (tabs) under org page. Right now, you can see the numbers on request page but not org page. e.g. We have to click on comment to see if there is any comments posted.

Application Packet File Name (for UA)
Since shifting to UA the PDF Application Packet file names are no longer titled with the student's name. This adds a step for us because now we have to download each packet and then change the name so that every file isn't called "ApplicationPacket"
