  1. I would love to see the SLM eligibility rules listed alphabetical as well as the scholarship list after testing the eligibility rules. It would be so much easier to find and less time wasted searching.

  3. When adding a website address to a comment, it is not a clickable hyperlink, only plain text. (Currently to get to that website, it's a many step process (ie copy/paste search, or a right click-go, etc). A one-click hyperlink that opens to a new window would be very helpful.

  4. Would be great to have at least a handful of oft used logos saved to insert rather than pulling up a url every time you send a non template email from the system.

  5. The level of Guidestar is information you can see in GLM on the org profile- allow this criteria to be pulled into a report so we can verify multiple orgs without having to pull each individually.

  6. I would love to be able to see a quick Budget snapshot on the main/home Dashboard page. Just a quick status bar with numbers, for instance, we have already committed/paid out $100 of our $500 overall budget for the year and we have $400 left to award.

  8. It would be nice if we could set a budget in a private portion of the site to keep it viewable only by administrators and board members. It would also be nice if you could see the projected adjustments to the budget amount as award amounts are being decided by the board.

  9. When sending to multiple users, my company alone has over 20 characters after our names. I have tried using the bcc field and some of the users think I neglected to cc others because the bcc field is a blink copy. Once I add in 5 staff members we have already exceeded 100 characters.

  10. Example: Applications are approved but I am not processing or paying them out for a few months until our Fiscal Year turns over. I want to close evaluations to move them from our specific board members dashboards but would like a place to "hold" these applications so they do not show up on ALL board members closed evaluations section on their dashboard. This can cause confusion and a lot of high touch communication for me when other board members see closed evaluations "that they didn't touch or evaluate" on their dashboard.

  11. Follow Up Submission Logic setting:
    Instead of the sitewide setting of every Process being set for Follow Ups to either be submitted in Open or Sequential order, can this setting be available on the Process level? This would allow us to have some processes that allow open submission and other processes to require sequential submission.

  12. We created a follow-up form that is our grant agreement and we are asking our nonprofit partners to digitally "sign" the document. They can add their board president as a collaborator and have them "sign" too. We can see the time and date stamp along with the collaborator's name next to answers while we are in the software, but the details aren't included in the PDF version. It would be nice if there was a way to have this added to the PDF for those of use that are still required to submit paper copies to our accounting department.

  13. In Process Manager, when adding follow ups, is it possible to make the select follow up form dialog box searchable or filterable by process? :-) There are so many to scroll through!

  15. Add Contact Tab within the Request Tab

    Our organization awards grants to larger organizations such as colleges that have multiple requests with different applicants and contacts. Is it possible to add a Contacts tab within the request tab that would let you see the contacts relevant to that request?

  16. For Scholarships (or grants for that matter, but especially scholarships), it would be awesome if when a student creates a new user account, they could enter all of the information that will likely be asked on multiple applications (Rank, GPA, last 4 SSN) and that information be selectable to add as a Shared Field within the application. Just trying to find ways to reduce entry for the kids without going to the full Universal App. I do have the customized registration fields, but was disappointed that I couldn't use them within the forms.

  17. I love the Top/Bottom buttons when I am reviewing applications from the Submitted folder. It would be great go have these buttons even when I click into the application from the project itself.

  18. We recently had an evaluator recuse herself of evaluating 2 of our applicants due to conflicts of interest. She wasn't sure how to get those organizations to stop showing up on her list, so she just blindly marked "zeros" across all lines of both applications. This messed up the percentages, but I was informed that it was not possible to remove an evaluation after it had been completed. The entire application had to be reset to the "application complete" stage and all the other evaluations were deleted and had to be redone. This was very frustrating and I believe unnecessary.…

  19. Please put the Top Next Bottom buttons on every application view. Some specific ones I notice are: 1) In the Follow Up workload pages on the application view; 2) In the All Open Approvals Workload pages on the application view; 3) In the Application Workload pages on the application view; 4) In the Evaluations Workload pages on the application view. Pretty much anywhere you can view the applications would be very helpful. Thanks for considering.

  20. Can we have reply's from emails we've sent from Foundant return to the Administrator (or user) that sent it in a "Messages" portal in our account?

    As a company administrator, it's hard for us to track communications if the only message tracked in Foundant is the initial email that we sent. All replies (from the grantee) and staff responses are in their personal email accounts and this can be troublesome for maintaining proper file retention policies.
