Customized Blind Evaluations
In SLM, allowing evaluators to see the student's name but not their full contact information. This is creating an unconscious bias with evaluators knowing what neighborhood students live in. It is really not relevant to reading scholarship applications anyway. If I could customize which field are seen and which are 'blind' would be very helpful!

Add upload feature for sensitive information
We need to collect sensitive information from grantees which include banking information and sometimes social security numbers reported on Form W9. It would be nice for the grantee to be able to upload a pdf file containing this sensitive information direclty in the system they are using for the application process. We are currently using DropBox's file request feature which creates a url link the grantee can securely upload the file(s) to. This has been working, but we have had someone question why the upload is occuring outside the GLM system and was hesitant to click on a new link…

The little blue question mark for support is so helpful...but I click it accidentally about 10 times a day! is it possible to be able to move or dismiss this

Display full group name
I am using branching logic in our application forms. I just got a call from an applicant worried about the fact that a question disappeared - she had copied the blank form to a Word document, prepared her answers, then came back and started filling it in and the item in question disappeared. In SLM, please offer a two DIFFERENT email templates for these two situations: eligibility completed & application submitted. Currently, only one email to students is offered and needs to be used for BOTH situations. This is very confusing to students, causes frustration and likely prevents some students from finishing their application.

Allow removal of evaluation scores for one evaluator
Allow for one evaluators scores to be removed so they are excluded from all reports without reverting the status of all evaluators. This is often needed when an evaluator has either not finished their scoring or they entered scores for an applicant and then realized they have a conflict of interest.

Select default role
It would be useful if you could select the default role for users who are both evaluators and admin/grants managers. Currently the system defaults to grants manager, so users who are primarily evaluators have to change their role each time they log in to evaluate applications.

Our organization would like to do two layers of evaluations within the LOI stage. This is currently the way the Application stage is set up.

Process Manager (Sort A-Z)
In the Process Manager, add the ability to sort the process’s names from A-Z to easily find a process. Right now, you have to browse until you find what you're looking for. Having the ability to work faster. Thanks!

Follow Ups Complete – New “ok to close” feature
Hi all!
It would be helpful if the system recognized grants that are okay to close on the follow-ups complete page. Imagine adding an extra column, that said, “ok to close.” The system would recognize when a grant is okay to close based on two factors: the request doesn’t have additional follow-ups assigned, and the request is fully paid. Seeing this “ok to close” wording, then prompts the admin to review it and take two actions. The admin can close it, or the admin can leave it there if it needs more time to review the request. Shared Questions - Applicant Editing Ability
Our applicants fill out a few questions in the LOI stage. These are then added as shared questions onto their application. However, once in this step, they are not able to make any edits to them. It shows them a red circle with a line through it when they hover over the question. This is becoming a point of frustration for many of them because they have to call us to make any changes. Can this be fixed so they can edit a shared question? Thanks!

"Return to follow ups submitted" shows last reviewed, not back to top of submitted bucket
While reviewing follow up forms, it would be great to have an option for when I select "Return to follow ups submitted" that it returns to showing the last follow up I reviewed in the list, rather than all the way at the top of the screen. We have about 70 follow ups to review quarterly, so this just causes a lot of extra scrolling to select the next one. I custom sort and review the follow ups, so clicking "next follow up" doesn't give me the correct review order. If there's a workaround suggestion it would also be appreciated!

How come there is not a Scholarship Lifecycle Manager Idea Lab?
Not only do we need an SLM Idea Lab but my Evaluators would like to see the details of the scholarships, and they can't! Nowhere on their Dashboard are they able to see the short description of the Scholarships that they will be reading for. They can only access via our Compendium. Let's get on that!

Request Amount in Reporting
It would be nice to be able to run a report during the evaluation stages that pulls in the requested amount from the application. And possibly if during the evaluations stage, an evaluator suggests a different amount from the requested amount that you could see that in a report summary.

Project Name - Option to Have Drop Down choices? Or, Internal Field for Project Name Allow to Mark as Complete
In an effort to streamline applications, we have had the Project Name field as Internal so we could input the words "General Support" as we evaluate -since we are now only offering general support awards within one of our processes.
Previously, we tried to tell folks to write in General Support, but applicants would sometimes have other ideas.Now, when processing the hundreds of LOIs (with the Project Name field set as Internal) these cannot be processed to Mark as Complete without going in to change all the Project Name fields to General Support. Ability to add custom fields to funder contacts
Hi. I may have posted this in the wrong channel before; sorry.
But can you offer your users the ability to add custom fields to your funder contacts? Like, I may want to add 3/5 funder contacts to an email contact list. How can I do this without clunky workarounds in the notes field or through adding it post-export?
There are also other fields that may be valuable -- links to their LinkedIn Profiles, Start dates with the org etc.

Allow Grant Manager to be assigned to only one process
Someone should be able to be assigned as Grant Manager for one process only. Currently, they get assigned to every process in Foundant, including ones in Archive and needing to be removed manually from each one.

Show only closed evaluations to which user is/was assigned
Currently, any user with Board Member level access can see ALL closed evaluations and it causes confusion. It would be helpful if that tab showed ONLY the closed evaluations to which a user is or was assigned.
