  1. When uploading organization or request documents, it would be nice to be able to change the default document type (site visit, correspondence, other, etc.) as it seems some are more frequently used than others. Saves one click but those add up!

  2. It would be nice to be able to search organizations by sector ( i.e. education, arts & Culture, health, etc)

    When sending communications out to grantees I'd like to be able to send only the most relevant content to the orgs- being able to filter by sector and maybe even other fields, would be a great feature!

  3. It would be extremely helpful if there was a way to set up an FAQ page or Help section that only applicants can see. We send out our applicants instructions which includes important information regarding navigating the system but that doesn't reach all of our applicants. It would be really awesome to have some feature maybe even if we had the ability to share documents to applicants/students that would allow applicants to see an FAQ section before reaching out. There isn't an easy way to do this yet. I know you can insert links to documents in various places in…

  4. Freeze the information at the top of the page that displays the organization info and project name so that it is still visible when scrolling down to review a form.

  5. Is there any way to add a custom column that the Funder could actually customize? For instance a "comment space". Sometimes we put an application back into draft and it would be nice for that application to stand out from other ones in draft by putting a red flag or brief note at the end of the columns.

  6. With the increase in Zoom video conferencing.... it would be nice to be able to search Foundant by phone number to identify attendees who are using dial-in options (and show up as a phone number).

  7. Selecting multiple questions when adding a shared question. Also,when creating a question field maybe a prompt could appear alerting the question already exists and if you would like to use that one instead.

  8. It would be nice to be able to customize reports that could be sent out. We create reports with monthly actual vs. budget and variance and then year to date actual vs. budget to date and variance. It would be nice to be able to create these in the system and not download the data to excel and manipulate the information.

  9. SLM Idea: I would like to be able to access a flowchart that would allow you to see the branching rules created within a process or universe form. Although a symbol appears for "This Question is used in Branching Rules in this Form," I would like to see which groups are branched to the question marked with a symbol.

  10. It would be extremely helpful for us if the Universal Application were able to be hidden behind an Eligibility Quiz. We have 5 applications currently and 4 have very different/unique criteria for eligibility. Those 4 are behind an eligibility quiz, but many of those applicants aren't eligible for the scholarships linked to the Universal Application. We're dealing with a ton of phone calls and emails from applicants that are confused and many are starting the application when they aren't eligible.

  11. Please include a popup that explains MiB to users, and the conversion table:
    1 MiB is 1024 KiB. 1 KiB is equal to 1024 Bytes
    1 MB is 0.953674 MiB.
    1 MB is 1000 KB. 1 KB is equal to 1000 Bytes
    This would head off a lot of problems for applicants, especially last-minute applicants.

  12. In follow up forms to grantees I ask them to upload a digital tax receipt. I have to export these receipts for our business manager on a quarterly basis. It'd be SO nice to be able to batch export these instead of downloading them one by one on a quarterly basis.

  13. Applicants love the collaborator feature, but they are confused with "Can view, Can edit or Can submit" because they do not understand the permissions are additive. Would it be possible to change these to "Can view", "Can edit" and "Can edit and submit"?

  14. When a grant has been synced to CSuite, it would be good if there was some sort of alert that could be triggered letting a GLM admin know that it was ready to be paid or had been paid. Perhaps a custom automatic email event within a process?

  15. HI there - right now you can move easily between CSuite and the GLM grants using the hyper link of the grant ID number if the grant was created in the GLM and then synced over.

    But, if the grant was created in CSuite (interfund or Donor Portal grants), and then synced over, there is not an option to hyperlink from the GLM to CSuite. There is only an option to "unsync the request".

    It would be great to be able to move seamlessly between the two systems, regardless of where the grant originated.

  17. In SLM, it would be great if all the lists would be sortable or in alphabetic order. For example, when I am in the Universal Application, I have approximately 80 opportunities with follow-up forms that aren't sortable or movable. This is true in many areas that are not sortable. Same with Email templates. We have quite a few and It is hard to find the right one.

  18. We have experienced a good number of applicants having difficulty locating administrator comments when sending applications back for revisions. The vertical blue line at the left side is easy to scroll by. Applicants then call or email with questions regarding areas to be corrected, stating they cannot locate what needs modified.

  19. When we open a request, all the tabs (or fields) are wide open. Is it possible to make the tabs be closed when you open a request and then you can open each tab so it is not so overwhelming?

  20. Add a question type to the forms that is like the matrix on Survey Monkey. I have started using follow-up forms for surveys, and this would be a helpful option.
