Evaluator Profile Link and Evaluation History Tab
Right now finding information about an Evaluator's past involvement requires jumping through quite a few hoops and still doesn't give you a full picture of what they've participated in.
For examples below, we’ll use Evaluator Jim, who helped out on Evaluations with Process 1 last year (where all requests are now closed out and the process is archived), Process 2 earlier this year (where all requests are approved / denied), and is currently helping with Process 3.
Currently, if I go into “Assigned Evaluations” I can see Jim is assigned to evaluate n number of the agencies that applied to Process 3, but in order to access his user profile (e.g. see where Jim works or email just Jim), I need to Search > Users > Jim. It would be much easier to have his name hyperlinked to his profile the way an applicant’s name is hyperlinked in all of the workload pages (especially if, for example, my VP asks for a list of the companies all Evaluators for Process 3 work at).
Additionally, when I get into Jim’s profile, I can’t see a list of the processes he’s helped with / evaluations he’s completed. The best I’ve found is proxying as him to see what he’s currently assigned, but once the evaluations are closed, I can’t see what he’s been assigned in the past. I’d love to see an “Evaluation History” tab for people who have completed evaluations (Evaluators / Staff) the same way I can see Request History for Applicants.
