It would be great if the apply page could be shown in a grid or have a sort of table of contents on the side/top of the page -- we had several applicants apply to the wrong process because they clicked on the first opportunity (which takes up most of the screen). It seems some of them did not realize they could scroll/did not realize that there were multiple opportunities on the apply page.

  3. Regarding the new site design, the distinction between Sandbox and Live is too subtle. The red text in the top left is way too tiny and it's easy to miss when a client's site colors are red/orange (check out url=truecost for reference).

  6. UA- Assign evaluations for a reviewer across different processes. We have randomized reviews for our UA applicants (usually 500 applicants) and 70+ reviewers. It is so time consuming to assign each evaluator to their 20 applicants (which can be 200+ unique processes for each evaluator).

    This is similar to another idea, but I want to make sure it inlcdes UA too.

  7. Having the ability to turn off the ability for applicants to register themselves would be useful. I have a closed set of eligible organizations, all already loaded as organizations in GLM. I have folks create accounts for ineligible organizations, or don't head the warning when the tax-id is a duplicate.

  8. Our evaluations are done by student and if I need to edit evaluations assignments in the Evaluation Assigned bucket, it's very hard to ensure all of a student's opportunities are assigned to the same evaluator when I have to assign by opportunity instead of by student.

  9. It would be great if the primary contact in GLM organization profile could add/remove contacts rather than our team having to do that. We have a lot of turnover with our non-profits and they keep making new profiles when they could just be a new contact. And rather than our team having to add/remove, it would be great if the primary did that on their own.

  10. I love the addition of tables and the summary row but I also would like to see a summary column so we can have totals automated on both ends of the table.

  11. We are excited about the metrics dashboard and how it could help us analyze funding for our organization. In addition to changing the timeframe option to view the data by fiscal year (instead of calendar year), we would like the different download options as well (i.e excel and .csv). Thank you.

  13. Hear me out.... an automatic email message that is sent out to all applicants who are in the draft stage, as a reminder to complete their application for the grant cycle that is ending. "Dear applicant, you currently have an application for the (insert grant cycle name) grant cycle in draft. Don't forget that the application deadline is tomorrow (insert date). We look forward to receiving your application."

    As of our February 2024 Release you can  now create an automated deadline reminder email for all form types.

  14. Many of our reports include an option to upload a photo. Right now, the only way we know how to download them is by opening each individual follow up and saving each photo.

    Much like there is a bulk PDF for submitted reports, a bulk download for photos would be tremendously helpful!

  15. If we need to change the due date for a follow up form that is assigned to a cycle of grants in one process, it'd be convenient to make those changes in a batch instead of individually making the change with each applicant. When we are dealing with 50 applicants in a process, this can be tedious.

  16. Hello! I'm here to share that we have many students submit the General Application but then not finalize their applications for the specific scholarship opportunities they were matched with by that submission. I think that updating the screen showing the applications they've been matched with would help. Right now, it shows the opportunity name and has an "edit" button next to it, but this doesn't make it clear to students that they HAVE to actually go edit that application to actually apply for that scholarship. Could the button be renamed to "Complete this application" or something like that to make…

  18. We have a very hands-on grant committee who wants to walk the applicants through the process with support to help them be successful in the grantmaking process. We're using the "collaborator" feature so the grant committee can provide feedback to the applicant before they submit their grant proposal. When Proxying in as the collaborator, the dashboard only shows the name of the project/program and does not show the name of the applicant organization until you click Edit to get into their application. My request is that the Dashboard shows the name of the organization per request also.

  19. It would be really beneficial for reviewers to be able to see all information that applicants enter/type in the table cells when using the side-by-side evaluation display. Currently, the number of characters that display per row is very limited.

  20. It would be extremely helpful to have the option of creating individual files when creating merge documents for multiple requests. Currently the only option is to select them one at a time or manually split the single file containing all the requests selected.
