  2. You might already be working on this. It would be great if there was a Collaborate button available on follow-up reports so multiple individuals can work on/view the follow up reports.

  3. In SLM, we are using a universal scholarship application so this only allows you to add one master description about the application, and then simple descriptions to each process with that universe.
    1. If we could have the same formatting options for details as single processes that would be very nice.
    2. Also if there were fields that you could enter how many scholarships and the award amounts for each one instead of having to format that, it would be extremely helpful. Many applicants don't want to do all the additional work required if the scholarship is only $1,000.00 or…

  5. Currently, when I'm logged in as an administrator I see a ? icon with an option to email support. I think it would be helpful for the applicants and other user types to have this as well but where it uses the same email address as what is visible on the registration page. I think it would make it easier for them to reach out for help rather than abandoning the effort.

  6. We would like branching registration questions. We have 2 programs, one for individuals and one for non-profits. It would be helpful to display different questions at user creation depending on which program they may be working towards.

  7. Allow the grantees to add multiple attachments until the size limit has been met per attachment item. As it is only one attachment at a time. Any added after the first cancels out the first attachment.

  9. We've been working on adding additional processes to our GLM and I realized how much easier it would be if our questions were numbered for all of the forms. This would also be helpful when referencing questions with our applicants that are applying in other languages since the numbers can be universal. It would help when people call or email and can reference a question number instead of reading or re-writing the question out.

  10. If more information or clarification is needed on a form, it would be great if that could be a comment on the form - such as the administrator comments - instead of having to email the grantee and explain where to look and what to do. For example - we just received an LOI and needed one sentence explained in the project description. It would have been good to be able to write a comment under that question and then tell the grantee to look for that comment box.

  11. In the Evaluation Summary section on the Request tab, where you see the numbered questions and check marks...
    1) When you click on the ? or check mark, you could answer right there, if not, when you click on the ? or check mark you are able to jump to the question right then.
    2) Can the actual questions in the Evaluation be numbered to coincide with the Evaluation Summary part...Q1 and then the actual question is
    numbered 1.
    Both of these eliminate the time of scrolling.

  13. When adding or changing a users role (i.e. going from Board Member to Grants Manager) & assigning the Auto Emails they will be receiving; it would be nice to see a summary section as to what Auto Emails have been assigned.

  14. Gather analytics about how people engage with our account. For example if an applicant starts the process and doesn’t finish. Or where they came to our application from on the intrawebs.

  16. We often grant the same organizations over multiple years that means that if we search for the request by organization name, we get multiple projects and we have no way of knowing what year they come from unless we have all the project names memorized by year. Since this is not often the case, we have to click through until we find the right thing that we are looking for. Can there just be a decision year classification on the search results page?

  17. The sort default for applications appears to go by date submitted. Even if you set the column by alpha, it resets when you toggle back and forth between screens or if you click next evaluation it does not go in alpha sequence. It would be easier if the default was alpha first and then things could be sorted by date or process. It makes it time consuming for staff to click multiple times to get back into alpha sequence and difficult for the board members who review and often have little experience with technology platforms like this.   18. Third party logic/tracking
    The applicant view/count on required data is based on when the 3rd party submits their letters of support/recommendation. If this step is not completed by the third party but granting institute administrator that count does not change. It is therefore important to update the logic based on evidence of uploaded document vs. a response from the third party which is not always possible.

  20. Enhance the logo/signature ability within system;
    Our company uses over 50 templates at present for our grant activity, it would be helpful if the template could be more component-based. For instance, we have a standard signature with elements that can change. That could be stored in a footer piece that we can choose to call to insert in the template. If used, and the content in that chunk changes, we update that chunk once and choose to update all or some of the connected items. We could name them footer, signature, branded header depending on whatever the need may be.
