Attachments in the grant application - build on until size limit has been met
Allow the grantees to add multiple attachments until the size limit has been met per attachment item. As it is only one attachment at a time. Any added after the first cancels out the first attachment.

In the meantime, you can instruct them to scan those documents (if PDF) into one document and then upload.

This would be very helpful for us as well. On some of our processes, applicants seem to want to upload multiple files under "additional information" but end up just emailing those files to me instead.

allowing more than one document to be uploaded, without deleting the previous uploaded doc.
