  1. Sometimes the applicant is either not the person or the only person that would need to access the follow-up form (report). It would be great to be able to let the assignee delegate the assigned follow-up to another contact in their organization or that more than one person be able to access the form. Same for the application. Allow multiple users within that request to edit and access the application and applicable forms.

  2. It would be very helpful for us if applicants/evaluators when completing forms could format their text (i.e. bold, underline, add lists, etc.) this would help clean up the responses we received. It wouldn't need to show up in the reports, just for when we view the form.

  3. Currently, from an evaluator's dashboard, an evaluator is supposed to click on a red exclamation point fill out an evaluation. This is not intuitive, and while we have included step by step instructions for our evaluators, it's an on-going issue. Can't this be more obvious, like "Click here to evaluate" or a yellow "Evaluate" button that turns green when they have completed it? Red means stop and exclamation points are alarming. (Same would apply to the scholarships module.)

  4. If the batch print pdf application is possible I would love to be able to batch print individual uploads. Currently I have 4 processes open where I need to extract the uploaded project budget from every application which is a bit time consuming. Thanks!

  5. Could there be a way to assign follow-ups to grantees and notify them at a later date? Right now, when assigning follow-ups, the grantee is notified on their dashboard right away that they have a follow-up and therefore they will know that they have a grant. I would like to assign follow-ups during our Foundation's approval process time in November; however, the grantees are not notified of their grant until December with an award letter and payment then.Therefore, the surprise of being awarded a grant would be ruined if the grantees received notification of a follow-up prior to their award…

  6. I love all the deadline features for applications, my issue is very simple, the window which shows the deadline is too small and cuts of the time and AM/PM. Anyway to make the box a bit bigger?

  8. We have 1 user who needs access to multiple organizations. Our archdiocese has one person who is now going to monitor multiple departments. We have the departments set up as individual organizations because they run independently. This has also been an issue with grant writers that write for multiple applicants. I know you have talked about this but now we have an immediate need for it!

  9. It is very burdensome for us to have to edit all of our organization contacts for our grantees. We have over 200 organizations and they are constantly changing administrative contacts, people who work in their grant offices, etc. It would get great if an organization would be able to edit their own contacts so we did not have to worry about keeping everyone up to date.

  10. It would be helpful to be able to customize the message that pops up to warn applicants of an existing request already in the system. In particular, it would be nice to add my name and contact information to have someone to direct them to in case of any confusion/questions when they see the message.

  11. It would be amazing if applicants could access/edit follow up forms regardless of their due date. This would allow them to access multiple follow ups at one time, even if there were different due dates for each follow up.

  12. It would be great to have the option to run an old report and change the data set. Not edit the data set but change it to a new one. I have 8 old reports with complicated formulas, filters, etc. but would like to run them with a new data set without editing/losing the old data set or reports.

  13. Select All Fields

    In building a report, it would be nice to have a select all fields button. Specifically, I would like to audit my reports to make sure each question has a distinct label and instead of examining each I would like to select all and click save to see if the screen has a pop up that notifies me there are multiple fields with the same name and which!

  14. When you are finished using proxy as an applicant, and you "stop proxying as ___" it would be great if you could remain on the same screen, but with your view. Or, at least go back to the screen you were on before you began to proxy.

  16. Organizations and applicants should have the power to manage their contact list including- adding contacts, deactivating contacts (a login should reactivate just in case), editing contact information, etc. They should have the ability to do this so they can keep their profiles and contacts up to date. It would also be great for them to have the ability to reassign applications and follow-ups as there are many staff transitions and changes that we end up needing to work with them on changing rather than them being able to make the necessary changes on their own.

  17. It would be great to have a feature where we could change the color of tabs on the applicant dashboard. We get many calls from applicants who are having difficulty navigating their dashboard and breaking up the dashboard with different colors would likely help with this.

  18. We'd like to see the pre-population of stated outcomes listed on the interim and final reports so that the grantee (and the grantmaker) can see what the intentions of the grant were versus what the actual outcomes were. It is time consuming to review grants and have to look through the application and pull out the intended outcomes only to have to do the same for the follow up reports, then have to create a chart or other document that shows the information side by side. It will also help grantmaking staff understand the history of a grant if there…

  19. It would be really helpful if we had the option for automated emails to be sent to the Administrators 1 day after a follow up is do, rather than just the Assignee. It would make for keeping track of follow ups so much easier, especially when you have a lot grantees on different follow up schedules.

  20. That appear beside the scholarships that are available to apply for, once a student has applied and submitted, can that button change colors, or fade out so applicants know they have already done a particular application?
