Applicant Contact Management Permissions
Organizations and applicants should have the power to manage their contact list including- adding contacts, deactivating contacts (a login should reactivate just in case), editing contact information, etc. They should have the ability to do this so they can keep their profiles and contacts up to date. It would also be great for them to have the ability to reassign applications and follow-ups as there are many staff transitions and changes that we end up needing to work with them on changing rather than them being able to make the necessary changes on their own.
In our August 2024 release, we introduced the ability of applicants to manage their own organization contacts.
