  1. Please allow the ability to add a file during the reconciliation process. Currently, the only way to attach the physical statement, is to finish the reconciliation and then go back into it. This is very time consuming and makes it more likely to be missed.

  3. Currently, we can "bulk delete" some fields by leaving cells empty in a bulk edit import. It would be very helpful if we could have this option on all fields in the bulk edit sheets. This would allow the user to remove outdated or bad data more efficiently.

  4. The shopping cart feature needs to be fixed to return the donor to the campaign page, NOT to our fund list. We had this built specifically to allow donors to make multiple donations during the GiveOrcas campaigns. Redirecting them to our own list is not appropriate and gives the apparance that we are trying to syphon off donations. Please repair.

  5. Currently the ticketing portion of a campaign defaults to the main portal and leaves the affiliate/supporting org branded portal. There is custom content for affiliate/supporting org portals for a thank you message (onlineticketthankyou) but it never shows up anywhere because the portal defaults to the main portal. This is frustrating and doesn't help for branding for affiliates/supporting orgs.

  6. I want to resurrect a suggestion that was archived. This misspelling in the system can appear like our error when working with board and volunteers on tasks. please correct. I have attached the original post.

  7. Currently the individual name or organization names are not required fields when purchasing tickets for an event. These should be required fields depending on which type of ticket is purchased (individual or organization).

    We also would like to be able to change which fields are required. Sometimes we don't need all the information (or maybe need more), so customization on the ticket portion of fields and which ones are required would be great!

  8. The new Document Tab in Grants shows documents that are in there ready to be printed/emailed or marked as sent. Can we have a bulk edit to mark all documents sent, even for ones that are not included in a batch? We don't batch print everything so it makes it more cumbersome to have to go into each document to mark it as sent.

  9. When a donor enters a grant request with an error, the portal loops them back without an error message or anything to let them know what is causing it. The portal should at least highlight the problem field so the donor knows what to correct.

  10. Campaigns -when registering for events, each registrant should be required to input email address, and it should be one email address per registrant. Multiple registrants should not be allowed to use same email address.

  11. This idea was archived a few years back but wanted to renew the suggestion. I would love for there to be a way to filter the Fund Advisor page by type of fund! It would make it so much easier when working in that section!

  12. On the main donation screen for an internal grant, either expand the Donor field to show the Foundation and internal fund name that's to the right of the 'dash' or add a column 'From grant fund name'.

  13. Add the ability to copy a grant catalog. We often are just creating the same thing we did previously but have to start from scratch. It would be so much easier if a catalog already "defined" could be copied and only update it.

  14. Please allow attachments to donations to be shared on the fund portal. currently clicking on the share button does nothing. We attach order and sponsorship forms with the donation and mark the attachment to "share", however the share button does nothing. This requires us to also attach the form at the fund level...a duplication of effort....in order for fund advisor to see the forms. Please allow donation attachments to be shared on the fund portal.

  15. Please stop changing the layout of csuite! Rearranging menus and pages without adding any new information is confusing and is a total time suck, as we have to continuously re-learn how to get to different screens/accomplish our work. The old layout was much better.

  16. It would be very helpful if we could filter accounts when in the Accounts view. For example, I would like to be able to go to the accounts view, click on my Admin Fees account and then filter by fund type.

  17. Need the ability to set a campaign goal and then report on the total amount of donations and pledges that have been linked to the campaign. Not currently able to pull Campaign Name, Goal Amount, Total Donations and Total Pledges into one report.

  18. It would be great to link other profiles to donations, so that we can send thank you letters to the original donor. For example, booking a donation from the United Way where John Smith was the original donor. It would be helpful to link John Smith's profile (to the UW donation page), so the thank you letter can go to him, instead of to the United Way. This would be specifically helpful for incoming donations from all 3rd party platforms.

  19. I just started looking at using balance swaps instead of manually doing a transfer from one account to another. It would be great if we could have the ability to enter a description while doing the balance swap instead of having to go into the transfer and edit.

    On account transfers we always put some kind of description so we know why those funds were transferred.

  20. It would be nice to auto attach a copy of the tax receipt to the donation once it has been printed. Right now, I print the letter, save it to a folder and then go back to attach the document. All of this could be avoided if there was a way to have it auto attach.
