  1. Currently, Yearly Tax Receipts can only be produced in bulk as PDF's versus Word Documents. I would like to have the ability to select the file format download you'd like (PDF or Word.docx) for the Yearly Tax Receipt. This would then keep the options for YTR the same independently if you run them in bulk or individually.

    Currently, we would need to have something similar to Adobe Acrobat to turn the PDF into a Word Doc.

  2. I'd like to create a report that will link the Internal Donations to their corresponding Internal Grant record. Ideally pulling based off the hyperlinked ID, but at a minimum pulling the destination/donating fund.

  3. We use the File section of the new portal to share fund agreements, stewardship materials (for those who no longer receive paper statements), and other documents with our fundholders. As the list of files grows with our engagement, this starts to be unwieldy without the ability to use the internal File Categories (and the sticky function) to organize the files for our fundholders. It would be wonderful to have this functionality in the portal, not just behind-the-scenes for staff.

  4. I have a custom donation report in order to bulk post donations for our giving day. I change the donor each time. When I do Bulk Actions to post the donations, it takes me to a donations posting list rather than back to the report each time. Then I have to go find the report again. Please change it so it goes back to the report each time. It worked that way last year.

  5. It would be extremely helpful to us, as we continue to clean up our data after implementation, to be able to create reports, and group profiles, by Uploading Legacy Profile Code IDs. We're still grabbing data from our previous system, and those records do not have any connection to their counterpart Profile Id in CSuite.

  6. It would be beneficial to be able to filter on custom reports or in the grant buckets whether or not a grant is multifund. Currently only available in Home > Grants > Reports.

  7. While I'm encouraged that a 'Balance Change' report has been added, there is no option to drill down by month/quarter/year...please add the option to do so, or this report is not nearly as helpful as it could be.

  8. It would be great if there were a total when batch creating vouchers in the grants area. There are totals in each area of of the process such as posting, and approving, but not during the batch voucher.

  9. Could items with "heart" icon i.e. Tax Receipts and Tribute Notify in left hand menu, not only have the heart, but also appear in "red" font? This would help identify the anticipated next step from either the Donations/Receipt bucket or Donations/Tribute bucket.

  10. We have been instructed by Foundant's support team to populate the "Sponsored Org" field on grants with the Sponsoring Org. Can this field be renamed to "Fiscal Sponsor" so that it aligns with how it is intended to be used. This would also require "Sponsor", which appears on grant reports, to be renamed to "Sponsored Org". If that cannot be implemented across CSuite due to other clients using these fields as they are named, can we be given the ability to rename these fields within our specific CSuite site?

  11. The "Donation Report" page for a Tribute shows each gift amount (which we may not want to share with the person being notified) but does not show the mailing address of each donor (which we do want to share). Ideally, the "Donation Report" page would allow us to add or remove columns. The only work-around is via a Custom Report, which shouldn't be necessary.

    This is a common-sense revision that shouldn't require action based on the number of votes it receives.

  12. When an interfund grant is processed the donation side of the transaction lists the name without the corresponding fund number when reporting. It would be helpful if the full name including the fund number displayed on reports.

  13. There are times throughout the year where it is necessary to put several recurring grants into the system to set everything up for the next year or based upon requests from a fund holder. In order to do this it has to be done one by one in the system. It would be helpful to have a way to get several recurring grants into the system via a front-end import.

  15. We would like to be able to hide statement vouchers in the Fund Advisors voucher tab. These transactions are sometimes confusing for the advisor We would like the vouchers they see to be relevant. Maybe this goes further to be able to filter and hide certain vendors?

  17. When we receive donations from a DAF fund or Trustee it would be nice to have that as a profile type to select instead of Individual, Household or Organization.

  18. Add ability to add a note to a Group record under System Configuration. As a system admin, I am currently keeping a separate record of notes for each of the user groups I create. Different teams, and members on those teams, have different access requirements so I am documenting the purpose of each targeted Group. It would be more convenient to have these notes included on the Group record but there is currently not a button to add a note to that type of record.

  19. It would be helpful to have a checkbox to track if a thank you has been sent for each donation. It looks like this used to be available but no longer is. Sometimes a thank you is sent via email, phone, or mail and it would be helpful to have a simple 'thank you sent' check box to keep track of this.
