Profiles Browse screen - indicate inactive
Profiles Browse screen - indicate inactive individuals, households, organizations. We use this screen to check for naming protocols, incomplete names, misspelled names, etc. It would be extremely helpful to show which profiles are inactive (red font), and also be able to sort right on this screen.

BCC when Sending Emails From CSuite
Would like the ability to BCC contacts when sending emails in CSuite. Invoices, tax receipts, letters, etc.

Affiliate Portal Logo
It would be great if there was an easy way to upload a logo for the affiliate portal that would automatically change it from the overall system logo. Right now, the only way to update the logo for our affiliate's Giving Hub is through complicated coding that our team is not able to do. Thank you!

National Change of Address. Database from the US Postal Service that contains all of the address changes that have been submitted. An automated link to this would enable the updating of addresses on profiles.

It would be nice to be able to send an invoice payment confirmation email along with the copy of the invoice attachment in Csuite
It would be a nice feature to be able to send an invoice payment confirmation email (similar to grant and donation templates) along with a copy of the invoice attachment in Csuite. Currently we have to manually email the payment confirmations for invoices processed in Csuite.

Improve Functionality of Adding Profiles to a Campaign
Right now, if you add profile groups from the campaign directly, or from a report, you get four option buttons for how to add them (see attached screenshots). If you add profiles to a campaign from some other part of CSuite, such as a search and filtered group, for some odd reason it only gives you two of those options instead of all four. Why? That doesn't make any sense. Can you please change the system so that all four of those options come up wherever you add profiles from to a campaign? Thank you.

payment date
Bulk Payment date edit + ability to see payment date within NEW bucket
I would like to have a way to bulk change payment date similar to grant date, and/or see the payment date within the new screen so we can tell when a date was missing adjusting. The payment date is as important and drives a lot of the same functions that the grant date does.

Donor Recognition Name Settings
We would like to be able to have the option for recognition name to be enabled or disabled, as well as the functionality to edit the label (much like donation comments, newsletter title, etc.). Our donors get confused by this field, and we want to add further clarity, or get rid of it.

GLM Bucket Categorization throughout CSuite
GLM Bucket Categorization throughout CSuite: Essentially, when you sync a grantee from GLM to CSuite, the GLM Process (aka the grant process/opportunity) is also synced over to CSuite. Once you post that grantee's opportunity to CSuite and create a grant, the GLM Process/Opportunity disappears from CSuite and from the entire grantee, so it hard to know what Grant process the grantee won by everyone on the team. We have a supporting organization that includes the Hebrew date under the Gregorian date in all of their correspondence. For the automatically generated tax receipts that are merged and emailed for credit card gifts from the new Giving Hub, it doesn't seem like it's possible to include the Hebrew date with a conditional merge field because where would it pull the date from? I normally do a manual find & replace using [Hebrew date placeholder] in our grant and gift templates for this org, but the tax receipts are auto generated. Has anyone found a way to add the Hebrew…

fund advisor portal image
There is an option to place an image at the fund level, but in the fund advisor portal you cannot see the image. It would be nice for advisors to select funds within their portal based on images since many of their funds are labeled the same or they have several funds within their account.

Budget % Over year automation
When putting in a budget for a fund, is there a way to have it not spread evenly out over the 12 month period? For example, can you allocate different % to different quarters? Like 20% Q1, 25% Q2, 35% Q3 etc. I know there is a manual way where you can put in a specific number for each month, but automating this with % amounts per quarter/month would be great.

Please make a way that multiple fund statements print with multiple Fund Advisors if they request only 1 statement. This is a waste of money and time.

Serial Numbers for Tributes
Please allow for the serial number functionality that can be enabled for tax receipts to also be an option for tribute notifications. At this time, what is sent out for the tribute notification is not captured in the system (the "receipt" PDF specifically).
Currently, CSuite allows for tax receipts to be serialized. It would be amazing if the Tribute Notifications allowed for this as well to see what was sent out and when.

Grantee Report by year
Want to be able to pull up a fund or multiple funds grantee history, and have it show the years along the top, with grantees along the side and each grant made to that grantee under its year made without doing a pivot table from the data. See attached example.

custom report check date field
Please create a type of custom report that can include these two fields: check date and voucher description. Currently, check date is only available on a check voucher report and voucher description field is only available on a voucher item report. To have both of these fields in one report we need to manually export and combine these reports in excel. A custom report that allows both of these fields would be super helpful for 1099 reporting.

Grant Letters on the Portal
We are hoping to be able to use the portal to house donor's grant letters. I wish there was the ability put these letters on the portal with a mass upload instead of one-off via files and the share checkbox. Currently, if a donor wants to see their grant letter we either mail or email that letter, but we are hoping to encourage donors to use the portal more and having grant letters on the portal would be another customer service touchpoint to our donors.
