Yearly Tax Receipt Templates Download Word.Doc

Currently, Yearly Tax Receipts can only be produced in bulk as PDF's versus Word Documents. I would like to have the ability to select the file format download you'd like (PDF or Word.docx) for the Yearly Tax Receipt. This would then keep the options for YTR the same independently if you run them in bulk or individually.

Currently, we would need to have something similar to Adobe Acrobat to turn the PDF into a Word Doc.

    Definitely need to have a Word option versus PDF for annual tax receipt reporting!
    I have just finished creating over 50 separate annual tax receipt documents one at a time so they could be edited in Word, as the bulk file only comes out .PDF. This took about half a day, as even with a Word document, there are lots of changes to make for page endings and table columns not coming out right.

    It would also be great if these could be stored on the profile record similar to how the fund statements are stored for funds.

    As our Foundation grows, this improvement will become much more critical to have.

    Add the option of generating the bulk print year-end receipt letters in a Word format. We often have to adjust page ends on this several hundred page document and doing that via editing a pdf is time consuming.

    Add the option to generate the bulk print year-end receipt letters in Word. Currently only option is a PDF and we often need to adjust page ends and it is so much easier to do that in Word.

    This is so important! We want to download templates for acknowledgements and grant letters as word docs as well. Flexibility that Word allows for making edits is critical to doing our work.

    Allow batches of 'print yearly tax receipts' to be downloaded into Word in addition to pdfs. It's allowed when printing single receipts but not the batch.

    Agree, there is no way to even edit on the fly. I would love for them to be exported to Word!

    It is also very important to have the ability to make tweaks to yearly tax receipts as needed, which is much more difficult if they are only produced in PDF format.
