  1. We have our letter built into our fund statements. The fund statement that shows in the "Fund Statements (Calendar Year)" section of the fund page should be a static pdf file. Not a file that re-generates the date each time it is clicked on. The statement that is marked as "reviewed" on should be the same document anyone else would see if they went to click on it for later use, since that is what would have been mailed to the donor.

  2. It would be great if we could create an invoice from the tickets in campaigns rather than "selling" a ticket immediately. This way it will separate the donation and fees versus having to create invoices through regular payments. I have to open previous month's books in order to delete invoices and re-create them in the campaign once I finally receive the payment.

    4/5/2023: Campaigns:  Enhanced the campaign workflow to help with the tracking of events and mailings.  Each campaign will now be associated by type.  Campaign types are event, marketing or historical.  The assigned type will drive different campaign functionality.  A campaign categorized as events, will allow a user to create tickets, groups, and requests for the campaign.  Marketing will be used if the campaign is intended to create a mailing list to communicate with donors and other constituents.  Historical will be a way to move completed campaigns into a separate list for campaigns that are no longer being used by the foundation.  Campaigns will still be managed by user defined categories and can be archived within the category list.  The campaign page has been redesigned to have a bucket system just below the event information and image at the top of the page. Each bucket will then trigger different left hand…

  3. We are not automatic with Stripe yet so maybe this will change. But when I reconcile deposits, instead of rolling each deposit date up into one total in the bank reconciliation area, it lists each gift out. It makes it difficult when cash is not reconciling to find the issue. Requesting that the total deposit that is reconciled is totaled in the bank rec area versus individual line items

  4. Legacy global search numbers.

    Legacy numbers in global search has become a problem when searching for a profile. To many legacy grant numbers appear and will not allow for profiles. Also now when searching a profile number, many times two appear, because one is a legacy number. On August 5 the release notes state that an update for global search to search for legacy IDs. Is it possible to have this reversed?

  5. Hello! We are using the receipt template system option and would really like to have the anonymous field added to the template field options. This is literally one of the most important fields on the receipt - is there any way you can get this added asap? We love being able to add a template to a fund, however, it is super crucial to let our donors know that we received their request to be "anonymous." Thank you!

  6. For example: the difference between Account and Financials and Budget. If I give someone view access to Account and full access to financials and no access to budget - what are they getting access to exactly? This helps make sure our groups are providing our employees with the correct access to all objects they need.

  7. If there are multiple grant requests in the Request bucket (made from online requests) there is currently no way to create all grants at once. It would be nice to have this option instead of having to go into each grant and hit create.
    This would be similar to the other buckets where you can do multiple vouchers, approval, etc.

  8. When running a donor/donations/grants/grantee report from the funds page, it would be nice to have an option to select "all dates". When I'm running these reports, I find the majority of the time I want to see all donations/grants to/from a particular fund, not just for a certain year or quarter. I'm constantly typing in a date range of 01/01/1900 - 12/31/2019. Not a major concern, just something I've always thought would be helpful.

  9. When you export an Income Statement or Balance Sheet to Excel, it loses it's original format. Is there a way we can export it to excel and have it look the same as a PDF?

  10. Develop a 'General Ledger by Fund' view or report that organizes the transactions by account, rather than by date AND that provided for an account range to be entered as a filter (to enable drilling down into asset or revenue accounts)

  11. Allow the check stubs to include the GL accounts associated with the various expense accounts that make up the paid voucher. Printing this on the stub (bottom portion we keep) would eliminate having to print the voucher too. Hopefully it would be a very simple fix or enhancement. It also helps our auditors as they review paid expenses and how they were classified.

  13. Very difficult (as mentioned in August 2019) to keep track of where you are on the worksheet. The Aug 2019 idea, locking the column with the names, and row with headers would make editing easier. If you could shade every other line it would be helpful too.

  14. Please add the ability to customize user experience for Campaigns. Adding the ability to customize the body of the email constituents receive when registering online. Current emails do not have any event details or contact information for constituent to feel confident/safe enough to download the attached Campaign receipt template or click on the link to submit missing guest names. Additionally we are unable to print the campaign receipt template to fulfill constituents request for a printed copy being mailed to them.

  15. There is the option to bulk add zip codes to a service area but it would be even more helpful if after you list profiles in a service area, you could bulk add those profiles to that service area. This way you don't have to manually go in and change all those service areas one at a time.

  16. GLM has an Email communications log but C-Suite does not. We send the fund staement notices and other communication regarding donor portal etc. through C-suite. I would like to be able to see that log in the same format that GLM allows.

  17. It would be nice if there was a reporting option to track returned grants. As of right now you have to run a general ledger detail and then sort all of the data to find credits in the expense accounts.

  18. It would be nice to be able to add multiple advisors to a single gift. For example, We get a check from PayPal Giving Fund that has recommendations from several individuals. It would be nice to enter one gift from PayPal and add each individual as an advisor on it.

    1-9-2023: Donations: Enhanced donations by adding a soft credit field. Soft credits can have more that one profile added to a donation. Soft credits will not be reflected on the donor profile. There is now a donation soft credit report in custom reporting. There is also a new table for csdata migrations to import soft credits on donations during migrations.

  19. I used to be able to duplicate a Journal Entry right after posting. I used this feature pretty regularly and now its disappeared? Also, the date formatting on JE's has also recently changed. The only constant date I'd found in two years of using CSuite was typing '123120' (for 12/31/2020). I can still do this on most screens EXCEPT Journal Entries. Normally you add features and not take them away. Can you add these two back, please?

  20. Please add the ability to have a minimum quarterly fee assessed to funds, and not just a minimum annual fee. We are brand new to C-Suite and this is VERY limiting to not have this option.
