Add County field in profiles and grants
Add a County field under profiles. Also allow County to be entered with a grant. In the case of scholarships, we want to flag the student's county, not the county the college is in. We are a 5 county Community Foundation and our board likes to know where we are serving.

Notes in Community Suite
Is there a way to pin notes to the top of the screen? When looking up a fund the notes seem to get lost at the bottom. If they were on the top right, below Fund Advisor then when opening a Fund in Community Suite you would see them.

Fund Statements: Add Sponsored Org and/or Description display option for Activity Detail
For Fund Statements, it would be great to have the option to show additional detail for grants in the Activity Detail section to include the Sponsored Org and Description.
For Restricted/Designated Funds that we are fiscal agents for, if paying bills for their various utilities, rent, and other vendors, it only shows the grantee name of the organization and does not provide a clear view of what was actually paid.
For Donor Advised Funds, if a donor grants to a single organization multiple times but designates different programs, projects, campaigns, etc... each time they suggest a grant, it would be…

When we print checks, the number is spelled out all lower case
When we print checks, the
number is spelled out all lower case. Example:"twenty-five thousand dollars and 00/100"
It would look a lot more professional if the first letter was capitalized.

Skip the drop down menu for "Define Report Date Range" and directly choose the date range that you want.

Grant totals for specific date ranges
It would be great if C Suite could provide totals for grants distributed during a date range other than the provided options (year, quarter, etc.) Right now, I have to pull a total for grants distributed since our Foundation's inception, which means I have to export almost 2500 grants to Excel and then total them. I'd definitely appreciate a less cumbersome way to get the total!

Fund Statements
Allow for fund statements to use different templates, similar to thank you letters. Thank you letters allow you to "Add a Fund" to use a template other than the default.

990 Report - Grantees
For the 990 Report for Grantees, it would be very helpful to be able to select multiple divisions. For example, we have several trusts and a corporation included in our 990 and each one is a separate division. The Checkboxes option that is offered on the regular Grants report would be a wonderful way to filter the 990 Grantees report.

Anonymous Field on Pledge Report
Really need you to add a field on pledge report exports that indicates if a pledge is anonymous or not, so we can be sure to take the information off the report before sharing with fund raisers.

Distribution Calculations
Our spending policy allows us to grant out of funds that are invested for at least 4 quarters, but we base this calculation off of an 8 quarter rolling average to include zero balances on the quarters in which the fund was not invested. This allows the donor to grant out of the fund, but at a lower amount due to the zero balances. In CSuite the calculation is only based off of the amount of quarters the fund is established. We really need the ability to tell the system to include the zero balances in the calculations. Is there…

Drill down on reports
When I create a financial report with a number of filters and click on an amount for more detail I'm given a list of all transactions, without the filters in place from my main report. Have to then start over re-filtering the detail list. Filters should carry over to the drill-down links.

We many times have grants that are funded by one or more funds. It would be great to have the functionality where each fund source shows up as a grant instead of an an interfund grant.

check form choice by account
As we are transitioning from FIMS check forms to the ones that are Quickbooks format it would be great if we could chose the check form type by bank account so that we could use up old check stock for each account.

fund statements allow checkbox for do not use letterhead
Currently if you use letterhead for your letters, there is no way to select to not use it for fund statements. Ours look really bad and offset when use letterhead is on. I will literally have to turn off letterhead when I am ready to do fund statements and then turn it back on and put in the dimensions when I am done.

Add function for alternate address
Add function to select alternate address when entering gifts into the system. Many donors winter in the South. Otherwise, it's a manual change on the receipt/thank you.
