Distribution Calculations
Our spending policy allows us to grant out of funds that are invested for at least 4 quarters, but we base this calculation off of an 8 quarter rolling average to include zero balances on the quarters in which the fund was not invested. This allows the donor to grant out of the fund, but at a lower amount due to the zero balances. In CSuite the calculation is only based off of the amount of quarters the fund is established. We really need the ability to tell the system to include the zero balances in the calculations. Is there any way to allow this as an option? Thanks
