  1. A profile can be marked as anonymous, which will make all future and past donations anonymous, however, this does not apply to when the donor is the "Advised Donor" for a donation. Since the donor's profile is marked as anonymous, it would be nice if this also apply to any Advised donations.

  2. I am hoping to have a solution to be able to sort or categorize the list of grant cards by it’s Status. Our list is pretty long, and I’m wanting to be able to quickly see the posted cards to be able to check status.

    Either a sort option in the column, or possibly two sections, one for canceled, and one for posted?

  3. There should be an option to pull an Excel report for an individual's donations to the Foundation. Right now you can only pull an excel report for a fund.

  5. When marking a task complete within an opportunity, you have the ability to create a note and link to the Fund. The note will show up on the native profile, but will not show up on the linked Fund like a regular note does. Please adjust this to show on both the profile and the Fund so that we're not having to duplicate efforts and adding the note a second time to the fund.

  6. It would be helpful if custom text fields would word wrap similar to the way the Notes area does. We would like to use a custom text field on funds but don't like how it stretches the fund information table out to the width of the screen. When that happens it then pushes down the Fund Advisors, Grant Approval, and Fund Profiles information below the Fund information instead of on the right side.

  7. Recurring grants, vouchers & donations all have a way of reminding you that it's time to post/initiate. Wish pledge reminder letters had a similar prompt. Yes, can use Tasks or Outlook but a CSuite reminder to send letters would be great. With the ability to set how long (week/month etc) prior to next pledge date to get the reminder prompt.

  8. We use the 'advisorloginemail' frequently. Every time we use it, we edit the subject line because it can not be edited as we prefer it to read. Please enable editing on the systems data content email templates.

  10. the Donors Report is exceptional - lots of pertinent data, but the output fields DO NOT INCLUDE the LABEL field. If you need this report for a mailing, you have to manipulate the NAME field so that it can be included on a label or in a letter. Adding LABEL field to this report will allow the user to utilize this vital data (which is lost if you save this report) AND contact the donors within this report for future stewardship efforts.

  13. It would be great for data cleanup and historical data retention if we were allowed to add deceased profiles to campaigns. So much of our data that was migrated over was in pretty poor shape in our old databases, so now as I'm trying to clean up our data, I'm unable to add deceased profiles to campaigns to retain that historical record. I would like to be able to do that!

  14. HH record represents two individuals. When one ind leaves the HH (deceased or divorced) you can continue to use the donor history from the HH record (since that IS the official donation name for the giving history). But if the surviving individual remarries we would like to maintain the existing donation history in the former couple name and update the HH record name to reflect the NEW spouse and future gifts to reflect the new spouse. In FIMS you had a choice to keep the existing name on the historic gifts or update it. We need that choice when we…

  15. Trying to create a custom report that has both total amount contributed, broken out by tax deductible and non-deductible. This field is available in our tax receipt, but I can't pull it into a custom report. I've been advised to pull a donation report and an invoice report...which is a pain.

  17. We would like to be able to link a grant to an opportunity. We are hoping to use opportunities to track our relationships with potential grantee organizations and then link a grant (internal or external) in the end.

  18. I love being able to designate tax receipts by fund. I wonder if it would be possible to designate them by campaign as well. When we run a special event, we often create a campaign to track the donations and create a special letter for that. It would be awesome if donations for that campaign would automatically route to the special letter. Thank you for the consideration--you guys rock!

  19. When you select 'email tax receipt', in a bulk process it would be nice if the donations with an email would be sent and the donations that do not have an email address would sit out there as not sent. Then we could print those and send them.

  20. Would it be possible to create a feature such that when uploading a file (e.g., to a vendor profile), that only certain user groups (e.g., Staff) could view/open the file? This would be helpful as we would like to store vendor banking information on vendor profiles, but for risk management reasons do not want non-staff users (such as auditors) to be able to access this information.
