  1. I would be so happy if our financial reports would pull ALL revenue, expense, asset and liability lines regardless if they have a zero amount. There are two reasons for this (1) if there was g/l activity in the account, but at the time it has a zero balance I want to be able to easily click on the zero amount and see the g/l activity; and (2) we often need to pull multiple reports and combine them to get the specific info we require. When some rows are zero, and therefore not included in the report, then copy/pasting columns…

  2. Would be great if the service area/county could automatically fill based on what has been entered in other profiles. So if you enter the zip code, the service area/county would automatically fill. Since service area is used in many different ways, I feel that county should be it's own field with the address. I have never worked with a database that didn't have the county field as it's own field. (And I have used a lot of different databases for a lot of years =)

  3. Can a warning be added to the system when beneficiary percentages don't add up to zero? Currently the system just lets you save any percentages even if the total doesn't add up to 100%.

  4. In the General Ledger, you can specify a number of parameters (date range, fund, account, etc). You can edit the date range without having to go back to the beginning. But the other parameters, you can only clear. You cannot edit them. It would be very helpful to be able to change the fund or the account or the division, etc. without having to start over.

  6. it would be AWESOME to see everything in one place. When viewing the till, it would be great to see more details of the till screen. Having amounts the same for various campaigns and/or memberships of donor circles is quite difficult to decipher the purposes. Having to find a needle in a haystack is too time consuming because time is of the essence. Please consider details, details, details in one location....just like a super target or super walmart...ONE STOP SHOP :-)

We really think that when you look at the financials, the default view should be the detailed view so that you can "choose" to roll them up if you want, otherwise you or another staff person may not realize there are sub accounts. ALSO - the rolled up view should be a sum the sub accounts and the main account.

  8. Currently we have to be in profiles or donors in order to link a fund and profile to a note. It would be nice to have the option of linking a profile to any note added within CSuite.

  9. We are wondering if there are plans to integrate Csuite with Constant Contact in the same way that you did with Mail Chimp. We are exploring moving to Mail Chimp, but don't want to go down that road if you are planning to integrate with Constant Contact in the near future.

  10. We are customizing our Statements of Activity and want them to include all SubFunds. I clicked the box and it appears to be pulling that data correctly. However, nowhere on the statement does it indicate in text that those subfunds are included, so when our fund advisors get this Statement, they aren't sure. Is there an IF Mergefield I can use at the very top, under the name of the umbrella fund, so that IF that particular fund has subfunds it will state "includes all data from NAME OF SUBFUND, NAME OF SUBFUND, and NAME OF SUBFUND" so that it's…

  11. Currently to change the address we have to go to profiles, change the legal name and/or address, print an envelope, then return to profiles and change info back to what is was before changing the address.

    Can an alternative address be added to profiles for use in printing envelopes and be an option when printing an envelope.

  12. Santa thinks this might be a good idea...

    Can we please create a cleanup screen to identify profiles with no activity (meaning, the profile isn't a grantee, donor, fund advisor... nada.) so that we can simply remove the unwanted clutter from our system. Thanks for considering!

  14. It would be very useful if we could sort the "Donations Needing Tribute Notifications Sent" page by the columns "ID Date Donor Fund Payment Method Amount Tribute" like on the Grants page. There are many times we need to merge tributes or are only interested in looking at the tributes to one fund, and this sorting capability would be very helpful when looking for duplicate tribute names or viewing one fund at a time.

  15. Fund Advisors should be able to at least view (if not manage/edit) Campaigns attached to their funds. We facilitate events to some degree for our clients, but don't manage the day to day planning, RSVP list, etc. As it is, we have to provide them a guest list manually. They prefer to use other systems like Event Brite, etc., since they have much more control. When they do, we have to manually enter their ticket sales income... The real benefit of the Campaign system for us would be to empower clients to run their own events!

  16. It would be nice if the Fund Names or the Donor/Grantee Names would be bolded when using the search box. This would help distinguish between the items and make it easier to find exactly what I am looking for.

    I think it would look best if the fund names were the ones that were bolded. :)

  17. Currently, you can only have one payment method of other. We would like to have multiple "Others", for instance "Other - Canada Helps" and "Other - Square" so we can easily separate these out.

  18. In order to have a second person double check deposits made are entered correctly, it would be excellent to be able to print a report that lists out all information for a specific till #. (ALL INFO for a donation donor name, donor address, account it went into, donation total)

    Currently the till print out is OK, as it gives an ID number, and we can navigate in the system to find the transactions - but it would be 10x easier if we had a print out to check against!

  19. We don't need the Fund that a check is paid from to be printed on the check - and in fact there are situations where that information may not be appropriate to share. Can we turn that line item off on the printed checks?

  20. Hopefully someone has a solution for this.

    We have many fund advisors that are attached to multiple funds (ex. donor advised and agency funds) and their contact information has to be different for each fund.

    So how can we do a mail-out to just agency funds and have the agency address inserted if their home address is their primary?

    When it is audit time, letters and statements need to go out for each fund to each fundholder. How can we do that if there is only only primary address?

    Do we need to have multiple profiles for one person?

    Help!
