Have service area fill automatically based on past input in profiles. Or have separate County field.
Would be great if the service area/county could automatically fill based on what has been entered in other profiles. So if you enter the zip code, the service area/county would automatically fill. Since service area is used in many different ways, I feel that county should be it's own field with the address. I have never worked with a database that didn't have the county field as it's own field. (And I have used a lot of different databases for a lot of years =)

I think being able to have a completely separate field for the county in the address would be extremely helpful. We could then use the service area field to break down the different zip codes in census tracks or neighborhoods. This would allow us to provide more detailed reports on the specific areas that are grantees are and where are grants are going to.

We are currently using service area for grants - however as a statewide org - we would like the option of county in the address to use that to pull mailing lists etc for events that may be happening in that area - service area works for grantees, however, sometimes, with a statewide org - the service area (county) may be different than the main location for the entity....
