  1. Could we get notified when a future grant payment is due (new and open buckets) in CSuite and have the scheduled grant date turn red when the payment date has passed.

  2. We would greatly appreciate a RAW export option in the AP and Historic AP reporting area. We have had difficulty with the regular export to excel due to the formatting. Much appreciated!

  3. Would like to be able to add "contact" and "contact title" when using the bulk profile import to add organizations to CSuite. Currently, to do this in bulk, a profile import needs to be completed, then a bulk update for names to add the org contact name and title. It would be great to do this all in one step. Thanks for considering this!

  5. On the Donor - Fund History - page, how do I show the actual amounts of the grantees on the pie chart? Currently the amounts are only visible if the mouse is hovered over a piece of the pie chart. Is there a way to make this completely visible in the settings so we can use this in meetings with Fundholders?

  6. Please add to the home page of C Suite links for our GLM live and sandbox sites as well as our live & sandbox sites. There are links to IdeaLab, trainings, chat, and so many other things. It would be so much easier to have access to all of our modules through this home page please.

  7. We would find it very helpful if there were an internal description line for fund statement batches. We use the external/donor facing line for the date/date range of the statement. As we create statements by fund group in order to provide development and donor services with their specific fund statements, all groups simply say 'July 1, 202X-09/30/20XX'. We have to select each individual batch in order to find historic information when needed. A 'Batch' level internal description would be most appreciated to assist us in saving time.   8. When you share a donation page on social media, it looks very spammy with "erp/donate/create." Chatting with support, I am surprised that this cannot change. What is strange is that the fund's name will show up at the top of the browser tab, but when shared, it shows a jumbled mess. This is unfortunate for our fundholders who want to share about their funds, but their links are very non-descript. Also, they don't identify us as a Community Foundation or the fund, which our Secretary of State says is not being compliant with transparency in fundraising. As more and more…

  10. With the new Metrics Dashboard implementation, it would be helpful to build customized metrics for charts & graphs. For instance, a metric analysis that shows our giving by our focus areas on our application and/or a metric that shows our giving by geographic location areas.

    Both of the above metrics are questions on our application with drop-down boxes.

  11. Multi-fund donations currently don't offer the option to add a separate campaign to each of the different segments.

    I currently still have to split a gift into multiple transactions to ensure that our analytic and data integrity is maintained. Should consider any analytics that are impacted and include additional fields like campaign and service area.

  12. I'm not sure if this is a CSuite or a GLM idea. Why isn't the tax class field a standard field in GLM so when you sync the grant you do not have to remember to edit the profile? We end up with a lot of agencies without a tax class when it is time to run the 990 reports. Very time consuming.

  13. It would be helpful to have the ability to search by check batch number. Currently, I see no option under the custom check report to include batch number as a field. This makes references to check batches less useful. E.g., a description in a recent background job said "Generate Check Documents: Batch 2372" but I couldn't search by the check batch, and the only way to locate it was to manually click through all of our bank accounts and look at the posted checks until I found batch 2372.

  16. Are we correct in understanding that the Global Search does NOT include Vendor IDs? Meaning that if I enter a Vendor ID in the Search field at the top of page, it does not search against the Vendor List. Is there a reason why this is the case?

    The Reference ID in a Notes report sometimes includes the vendor ID and we are unable to search for that ID either in the Global Search field or in the Vendor search field.

  17. I fail to see the value of prim date on an address. If an address is made primary on that date each year, at what point is it made not primary? We have multiple donors/fund holders who vacation or winter somewhere other than their main place of residence. It would be great if there were start and end dates for an address to be primary or when to use that date instead of the primary.

  19. As of January 1, 2023, CRA will be allowing non-profit organizations to apply for grants that are normally only for charities. This would be a change to both CommunitySuite and GLM as the AJAH check only checks for charity numbers and we will need to also be able to use Society numbers. Can this be modified to check either?

  20. I marked an email inactive and then updated the current email as Primary. When I go into the email function from the left menu bar, I still have the Inactive email address as the first option in the email dropdown. What is the point if having an email marked Inactive, if it still shows up in the functionality? And, the user has to go back to the profile to determine which one is the Primary/active one. At the very least, can you mark the inactive email with "Inactive" ?
