  1. Please provide a way to show a promise as being paid without having to link it to a donation "automatically". We have several promises that were paid via Internal Grant from various donor-advised funds, but CSuite isn't recognizing those as being linkable donations. In our campaign, we expect to have several others in the same situation. Or is there another way to show those paid by Internal Grant as being paid? Thank you!

  2. Is there a way that the envelope option become available to accompany a letter that is processed for an internal grant? This is a letter for the person/organization that requested the grant and currently there is no envelope option that matches the grantors name and address that appears on the letter.

  3. Three thoughts on potential future functionality for campaign ticket guests:

    1). Implement a system for matching guest names to profiles (or creating new profiles automatically, a la Stripe payments) that lines up with the existing profile DEDUPE functionality. This could tie in with/be more robust if item 2 is considered:

    2). Allow customization of the fields that purchasers fill out concerning their guests (for example, adding emails, phone numbers, etc.)

    3). Implement a batch functionality for converting ticket guests to profiles (right now, it must be done on a one-by-one basis)

  6. Can we have an option to turn off the "include credit card fees" box for the cart on the Event Tickets tab only? We want it for our Donate To a Fund" tab, but when it comes to Events, we find that if we have an event price=event value (there isn't a donation component in the event price), then if someone includes the option to cover the credit card fees, then an automatic donation letter for the credit card fee amount (less than $2.00) is sent to the even ticket purchaser. We want to keep the option for a DONOR…

  7. We have many separately invested funds where the profile/donor and financial advisor are the same. One GL account may contain multiple funds to invest the balance in one account vs one account per fund.

    It would be extremely beneficial to have the template for Fund Advisor Transfer Letters contain an option for the total by financial advisor instead of by fund. The financial advisors may not be aware that there are multiple funds invested in the single donor account. This is currently causing confusion and making the templates less useful then they could be.

  8. It would be helpful to have the ability to unapprove a payment within the Grant Payment Schedule before posting the grant for approval. This is our first line of approval, and if the line gets approved in error, the first approver has to post the grant, notify the second approver that payment was posted in error and needs to be unapproved.

  9. Suggestion for a way to easily map Stripe data to profile data for donations made outside of CSuite.

    We run an customizable online giving embed based on Stripe. We operate independently from CRMs and websites, which gives our clients considerable flexibility. We serve community foundations and one of our clients uses Foundant.

    One of our company goals is to reduce technical overhead for organizations, and so we were trying to automate donor data from Stripe into Foundant since the documentation states there is a way to import "Non-Online Donation Portal Transactions" via Stripe webhooks.

    The problem is, no data aside…

  10. It would be helpful to disallow the entry of a Deposit Date earlier than the Donation Date for any donation in the Till.
    We received donations provided to us in December but didn't deposit them until January.
    We had to re-open the books, undo reconciliation, correct the donation dates and redo everything.

  11. We created a work-around since we can't use organization names for registration by adding it as a request. However, when I export the CSV report to review registration, that field is not included. Please add this field to that export process.

  12. It would be very helpful for our fiscal projects if we could include account name/number in all sections of fund statements. It is currently an option in some, like admin fees, assets, etc. but not available for invoices or vouchers. Our funds need this feature along with the ability to see vendor/customer name to reconcile that items were coded properly.

  13. In the most recent release notes, the creation of grants have changed so that once approved, you receive a message saying "There are no more grants that need approval" and you are then taken back to the grant home page. It makes for a smoother work flow to be able to continue, like you used to be able, to the voucher approval and creation. I am not quite sure for the reasoning behind this change, but I think it would be beneficial to return to the previous way of posting grants and vouchers in one step.

  14. Fiscal projects would like the ability to see the account number vouchers or invoices are associated with on the portal to verify they were posted to the correct account in real time. This would save us a lot of work if we need to make corrections if it can be caught before the books are closed and statements are generated.

  17. It would be great if the email export included the name on the file. We do lots of email communications, not through Mailchimp, and I have to export the whole file and delete all the extraneous information to get to just name and email address. OR give us a custom report or way to pull the specific fields we want in the export. Even the full export has lots of information I don't care about and must get rid of before giving to my communications person.

  18. May I suggest when looking through a household (or any) profile, in the Donor tab & Donations bucket, the sections for "Donations (Household And Members)" and "Advised Donations (Household And Members)" be flipped so that it is in alphabetical order?

    We initially couldn't find the section with a member with a long Donation list

  19. For the new CRA Reporting function, running a T3010 report of grantees does not include schools. We issue our scholarships directly to the universities, so we need the report to include these payments.

    I thought when I ran it initially the schools were there, but running it now for our auditors, they are not. A fix would be great, thanks!
