Improve Bulk Grant Emails by Defaulting to Payee Address
When using the bulk email feature to send grant letters, the payee email address does not automatically populate - instead it defaults to the primary email address. This is problematic because the payee email is the one that needs to receive the notification.
Manually changing each individual email address is extremely time consuming, given our high volume of 50-100 grants per week. I suggest updating the bulk email tool so that it pulls the payee email address by default, rather than or in addition to the primary email. Automating this would save our team substantial time and effort each week…

Add NEXT: Review and Submit Grant Requests on the New Grant Request page when there is a grant in the Unsubmitted Grant Requests "cart." And, make the NEXT: Review and Submit Grant Requests with a blue background so it draws attention that this needs to be done.

Anonymous grants should not have advisor listed on grant (should not auto populate)
Hi there - it would be super helpful if when a donor advisor marks their grant "anonymous" that the advisor would not auto populate. It should be blank - thank you!!

grant letters
So, the wording in my grant letter is different based on if it is being sent via check or ach. It would be ideal if I could specify grant letters based on a profile. For example, profile 3162 is an organization that receives ACHs, I would like to be able to specify that any grant to that organization would use the ACH grant letter.

Refund Grant via Electronic Transfer
The Refund Grant option only allows for cheque refunds. There needs to be an electronic refund method in the refund voucher. As it is now, it is only cheque which then goes into the till.

grant types - multiselect option
grant types - multiselect option.
Some Funds and Grantees have more than one area of interest. I would like to have a multiselect option for Grant Types.
Perhaps in the back end, there can be an option for multi-select OR single select on a fund/grantee. Then those who only have one grant type across their system would be able to just have one. Orgs who have a need for multiple types, can change it to a multiselect option.

Grant request change grantee search box instead of drop down
When using the change grantee option on a grant request, instead of a drop down menu with all active grantees, there should be a search box that you can type in like the search boxes elsewhere on the site.

auto grant notify - ability to choose who receives reply
It appears that whoever posts a grant payment is the person who will receive a message if a donor replies to the notification itself. We would like the ability to choose who receives the reply. In our case, those responses are best coming to someone in the grants department as opposed to our controller who is posting the payments.

Grants: completing grants
If a grant has multiple payments coming from it, I would like to be able to "complete" the portion of the grant that has been paid and the check has cleared the bank.
Similarly, in SLM, if a student has a multi-year grant, I would like to complete (for the current year) any follow-ups rather than leaving them open and continually have to remind myself that I can't set certain items as complete. bulk movement of completed grants
Currently, C-Suite allows one move a grant to complete status either individually or all. I would like the ability to select a group (such as Quarter 1 of 2022) of grants and move to complete status.

Grants: Copied Grants are not pulling in the grant advisor
When a grant is copied the grant advisor should also be copied automatically. It currently defaults to "none" leaving the field blank.

Recurring Grants - Additional date options
Recurring Grants time schedule- It would be ideal to be able to select the dates of the issuance of recurring grants in case they do not fall under the the current options limited to monthly, quarterly, annual, semi annual payments. For example, if I need to create a recurring payment twice a month(15th & 30th), I need to create two different recurring grants for the same purpose and each has its own report of grants paid,

Recurring grants- it would be helpful if existing recurring grants could be edited
Recurring grants- it would be helpful if existing recurring grants could be edited by grantee or amount. The alternative is to cancel it and create a new one, which loses the history of past activity linked to the same commitment.

when a grant is copied the attachments should also be copied
When entering grants from an attached list serving as backup, I would like the ability to copy the grant along with the attachment I uploaded to the first grant to avoid having to reattach it on the following copied grants.

Grants: Add grant letter template to grant creation template
Please bring back the ability to choose a grant letter template within the grant creation template. It appears this has not been replaced with the awards template option, which we do not use. To have to update the grant letter template after the fact is more work and very time consuming.

Application Preview in GLM
It would be helpful if the option to Preview grant applications was more obviously just a preview. Once you click preview, the application looks live (with the exception of no save/submit buttons at the bottom). Could there be watermarks (like in the sandbox)? Or extra alerts at top/bottom that remind the applicant this is a preview screen, to apply, they must go back and click the blue Apply button?
