Send or print grant letters in bulk, not just by check batch
We should be able to send grant letters in bulk, not just by check batch. Similar to how you can check the box for the tax receipts you would like to send all at once.

Currently when you click "process documents" to print grant letters, the letters are by batch. It would be great if there was a way to "check all" or select which individual ones we want to print and which we want to "mark as sent" without having to go into each individual batch ID.
This would be very helpful with scholarships because we don't always print them in batches and I haven't been able to mark all of them as complete because it would take way too much time to go through each individual one.

This would be very helpful. The same person that creates our payment letters is not the person that creates checks. It adds additional steps to the process.

The documents tab is a great feature and that the grant letters are in a batch for the ease of processing them; however, the grant letters often are not all sent out at the same time. It would be great if you could either select all in a batch, or have check boxes to select individual letters, like we have in the donation side for tax receipts.
We are trying to implement this so that the grant letters are marked as sent when they are actually mailed by the staff member assigned,so we know their status, whereas right now, we are just marking them as sent after they start building up in the queue.
