Add Campaign to internal grant
Would like to be able to add a campaign to an internal grant. Also, add option to globally add to a campaign through reporting.

You can add a campaign to the Internal Donation that is created by an Internal Grant. It's a little clunky. Could be better. The best way I've been able to navigate to the Internal Donation is to run a Donation Report from within the fund I know the grant went to. Then, click on donation ID. Here you can add campaign or a tribute, if needed.
