Checkbox on grants - do not affect / apply to spendable
It would be helpful to have a checkbox on grants to control whether the grant affects the spendable balance or not. Of course, the default behavior should be for the grant to decrease the spendable balance of the fund. Occasionally, we have grants that should not affect the spendable balance of the fund, and currently, we need to perform a manual adjustment for these grants. It would be useful to introduce a new checkbox in the grant creation process, labeled something like "Does not affect spendable balance". This checkbox should be unchecked by default, allowing the grant to impact the spendable balance. However, when necessary, users should have the ability to check this box, indicating that the grant should not affect the spendable balance.
