An error occurred while saving the comment Tom Wickersham commentedIt appears there hasn't been much traction on this topic in a few years, but I want to revisit this and strongly encourage Foundant to consider adding a "Withdrawn" option. This comes up with enough frequency that having this makes great sense.

An error occurred while saving the comment Tom Wickersham commentedYes, any way that we can include admin comments (or even the existence of admin fields) in a report would be very helpful.

An error occurred while saving the comment Tom Wickersham commentedThat looks comprehensive to me, thanks.
An error occurred while saving the comment Tom Wickersham commentedI support this idea. It's important for us to be able to review the follow up forms based on what's the oldest in the queue, so having a "last submitted date" field would be extremely helpful. Thanks Jessica for the suggestion!

An error occurred while saving the comment Tom Wickersham commentedThe note here says this is implemented, but I'm not sure it is. It still appears that Board Members can view applications and follow ups in multiple processes. Is there a way to restrict them to specific processes? OR can we create a new user type that fits this need? I'm looking to create a class of users who can see and review applications AND the associated follow-ups, but only for the process they've been assigned to.

An error occurred while saving the comment Tom Wickersham commentedAgreed! Foundant needs to add the ability to weigh some scoring questions. Right now any scoring questions is valued at 1x the score. But many evaluation systems rely on some questions carrying more weight, so that a score might be 1.5x or 2x or more. This should be a simple fix and would benefit not only those who can't use the existing system like Anonymous above, but would also allow other users to expand existing scoring rubrics.

An error occurred while saving the comment Tom Wickersham commentedHmm. Still seems to miss the mark a bit. For example, it would be nice to sort by date, which I can't seem to do. Also, the links "Hot ideas," "Top," etc. aren't there after I type in my key words. Do I "pre-filter" and then type in what I'm looking for (which seems backwards)? Maybe I'm just not using this feature how it's intended.
Thanks for the feedback,

Language is important and we take great pride in using "Denied" and "Declined" in different ways. An application that is "Denied" is one that is ineligible, whereas a "Declined" application is one where the committee declined the opportunity to fund it. "Declined" is a much gentler/softer term, much less harsh than "Denied." It would be great if Foundant would allow us to both "Deny" and "Decline" an application. However, if that's not an option, we would love to be able to change "Denied" to "Declined" or make this designation customizable (like how we can customize the Evaluator role name). Thank you for your consideration.
