Allow admins to bulk update 'copy applications' from one process to another, landing all copies in the new process in draft form.

Adding in that I would love to see this feature implemented, we build pretty complicated forms in our processes utilizing advanced branching and it's a pain to have to pick list one at a time.

Hi Everyone,
I just merge a couple conversations around copying questions and question groups within and across forms together to have one place view the conversation.
We are still looking at how to make this process easier for all of you stay tuned in here!
Thanks

This is related to one of the most common issues we run into with the use of GLM. The ability to have all contacts access the follow-up forms so there is not management of who needs access to it would ease a considerable amount of time spent supporting update requests from grantees.

Hi Everyone,
wanted to acknowledge that we heard the large need and value of this workflow.
We have long been talking about it for GLM and are starting to truly understand all of the dependencies and large effort this will be for our team.
At the core structure of GLM when it was create an applicant was set to be part of an organization as we heard and know this is not always true but it is core to the architecture of the system. Over coming quarters we will be working internally to understand how to break this relationship in a way that allows better flexibility.
To do this the best way possible is likely a year out but we are committed to keep you up to date on this progress.
Thanks
sammie

Hi Dina,
As Isabel mentioned we have implemented a URL question type that many clients have found to be successful in capturing YouTube type work. I would love to know if there is a reason the URL question type does not work for you to collect videos or if you have additional needs from this functionality.Best

There is a question type that allows for a link- we use it for this purpose.

This would be such an improvement for us. So much time wasted exporting and recopying the reports.
