    This would be particularly helpful when sending out grants. Right now, the contact name is added to the address in the grant letter. A lot of the time, the contact for communications is different than the person who receives the check. Larger non-profits have different departments and the check may float around a while or get lost trying to get to the right department.

    Agreed. The monthly or quarterly close to run fund statements should be treated as a "soft" close and should have no effect on the retained earnings.

    With the balance swap feature, it would be wonderful if we could export the table that come up into excel. That would make it easier for us to analysis the data and sort by fund type or account.
