We currently us an Admin visible only question that we fill in before the grant application is marked complete. This is especially important for renewal grants. It would be great if this was a "Submission" field so that it was always available as an option on the dashboard screens, otherwise it has to be a read only shared question on every form.

The majority of our grants are "up to" amounts. It has happened that a grant is in the end not needed because other funding was received. The follow-up is then not relevant for the grant. Since we auto assign the follow-up forms, it would be helpful to have incomplete as an option. Also since a follow-up is required for payment, and the grantee does not complete the form after several prompts, incomplete is helpful for tracking purposes to show why payment was not made.
