    This seems like an idea we could all benefit from! I track on Excel and it gets to be very confusing for different funds. There are not a lot of great tools available out there to help in this area either.

    Once the voucher is posted, you could create a recurring journal entry with an end date. Not a perfect solution, but you would not need to remember to create a new journal entry each month.
