We will consider a way to differentiate and enable/disable the user. We will monitor interest for future consideration.

We have a lot of people who click the Submit button instead of navigating to the next tab in the application.
The Next and Back buttons are hard to notice. It would be helpful if they were more visible. Ideally, the style should be a secondary button for Back and a primary button for Next.
Naming the Next button "Continue" might also help people stop choosing Submit prematurely, thinking that is how they move forward.

A quick visual on the list view would be excellent to monitor staff access so we don't have to go into individual profiles to see access. Also, we have been entering expiry dates for people who are on temporary leave rather than using the no access but we had to build a report to see which staff have access because the expiry date is buried in the profile.
I would ask for the expiry date and the access to be highlighted on the contacts listview.
