I would second this as an idea. We have over 150 denial letters (using a merge doc) to upload. We don't want our applicants to see the letter until the announcement date. It takes a lot of time to have to go back in and check the box so the applicant can see their letter. The efficiency of being able to add a date/time option of when the applicant could see their documents would be amazing! It would create an efficiency that would make announcement day way less terrible from the funder side.
