  1. On the "Request Summary" under the "follow-up" tab, it would be nice if the date that the follow-up was submitted was listed there. It would make it much easier to see send the individual grantee submits their reports.

  2. So when we first started using Foundant, we had a folder for each board meeting. After awhile we created folders and then nested each file under is for board meetings for the whole year. Now I want to move some of my older files into a year folder/heading and I am unable to do so.

  3. I often hear on training 'this is available if you purchased XYZ level' and also, 'this is a functionality it has, just call your CSM or customer service to turn this on'.

    I would like a master list that shows all the optional functionality of SLM. Or maybe an icon on every field where a higher-level functionality is available. It is a very customizable system but we can't use it if we don't realize it can do all those cool things.

  4. For an applicant previewing a form with branching logic, it is not clear to the applicant that they need to interact with the form to see all of the application fields. Sometimes an application appears like it's only 2 questions in the Preview, until an applicant answers a question that triggers the logic and opens the rest of the application questions. It would be clearer for applicants to see the entirety of the form - all fields and how branching logic works - automatically opened when previewing.

  5. Would like to have the option to customize the application/request close date. Currently, they are in 15 minute intervals. Would like the option to have 11:59 PM

  6. Hello,

    Please allow "Assignee Last Logged In" for reporting. It would be helpful if we can see when an evaluator last logged in for a specific process in a report instead of looking up evaluators individually.

    Please add a period at the end of each prefix example within a user account creation. The user carries over to CSuite and this will be ideal for sending correspondence to individuals.

  8. Currently the comparisons "equal to" and "contains" operate the same in branching rules when applied to multi-select lists. I would like for them to operate per their true meanings. To illustrate -

    I have a multi-select list, Geographic Area Served, with the following options:
    Houston area
    Austin area
    Southwestern Colorado
    State of Texas
    Other

    We will use two cases in this example
    1. The user selects only “Other”
    2. The user selects “Houston area” and “Other”

    When I run a report in GLM showing the two different cases’ values, it displays as
    Case 1. “Other”
    Case 2. “Houston area; Other”

  9. Greetings!
    Can I suggest that in the GLM platform that grants be searchable by grant number? For instance, I can search for a grant by its number in CSuite. It would be great if I could search for a grant in GLM by number as well. I am referring to the CSuite ID that is in GLM when grants are linked between GLM and CSuite.

  10. It would be super great if the access to reset an applicant's eligibility quiz could be assigned to a Grant Manager role. This is a frequent request and only our Administrator can do this now. I don't want to give the keys to the kingdom to our grant managers so they can do this, but would love for them to have just this piece of eligibility quiz security.

  11. It would be nice to be able to see how many evaluations have been completed by each evaluator under the evaluation assignments section, so we can know which evaluators are still missing reviews. Currently you are able to see which applications are missing reviews, and you have to go into the individual application to see which evaluators are the ones that haven't completed their evaluation.

  12. It would be so helpful if the chat box could be moved around the screen (to reveal what's behind it, if needed). It would also be nice if it would remain open when working in the site, while on a chat. Currently, if the support person suggests "click..." the chat box disappears when I do that. Then I have to go back in and open it up to continue the chat.

  13. I would love to see fields for social media handles (facebook, twitter, instagram) added to the "Organization Info" to GLM and Csuite. This information is very useful to our marketing and storytelling work.

    Currently, we have these fields in our Grant Agreement form in GLM, but unfortunately this means the grantees have to submit this duplicate information for each grant request. Since this information remains mostly static, it would be great if the organizations could simply submit this information once, and store this information with the organization's profile, instead of in each individual request.

  14. Is there a way to create a central location for shared files, examples, templates, etc.? Sometimes, you can find what you are looking for by spending time going through all the Q&As. It would be helpful to have a "Resources" folder, with subfolders for GLM, SLM, CSuite, then further broken down into email templates, examples, follow-up forms. It would be a great place to share and compare!

    If this already exists please point me in the right direction.

  15. To decrease the burden on nonprofits, it would be great if we could add payments at both the LOI complete and Application complete stages. Then we can divert the NPOs who we don't need more information from straight to checks being cut and continue with those orgs we need more information from in the Application stage.

  16. We've had a few instances where users are creating more than one account and submitting two applications. We then end up with duplicate requests from the same student within multiple opportunities. It would be great if we could batch delete the applications associated with the account the student doesn't wish to use rather than have to abandon and then delete thirty or more applications one by one.

  17. I'm happy that you implemented batch print, but why not from My Evaluations and the for reviewers? I assigned all the evaluations before I realized I couldn't do batch print in the Evaluation stage. Please add batch print to the Evaluation stage.

  19. While we can design an email template with an automatic signature, could we do the same for emails that are not a Template, maybe saving the complete signature in some other fashion

  20. I would love to see the SLM eligibility rules listed alphabetical as well as the scholarship list after testing the eligibility rules. It would be so much easier to find and less time wasted searching.
