Requests & Decisions by day marked complete
I'd like to be able to search applications marked complete by the day they were marked complete not necessarily they day they were submitted.

Evaluation 3
I'd love to have more than two evaluations (apologies if this is posted somewhere already, I couldn't find it!) - right now we are making two work in place of three but it involves a lot of back end updates to "re-open" evaluation 1 with new questions via a branching option.

Ability to hide process so only Admin can view
It would be helpful to have a way to hide a process from all other roles except for Admin.

Show application status in days
On the "show application status in days" site setting, it would be great if this also kept all follow-ups hidden until we want the grantee to see that the award is approved in the grants portal.
Currently, our process is to assign all the follow-ups to awards and mark the grants as approved in Foundant. We then have an internal review and spot check for quality control.
If we could use this setting to keep everything hidden that we are adding until we want it to be visible, that would be fantastic. What happens with the current configuration of this…

Foundant Help Centre Ticket System for On-going System wide issues?
It would be nice after chatting with the online support help if it was followed up with an email summary of the discussion, and if necessary, if the issue was not able to be corrected through the discussion, it would be helpful that the discussion summary was also followed by a ticketed number system of the on-going issues.
This has a two fold benefit for Foundant in terms of Client Service:
The client has a copy of the conversation summary, so if the request is something educational, they can refer to it or forward it on to other staff. There…

Moving from LOI to Application page
When reading an application, it would be great to have a 'next' or 'go to application' button to move from the LOI page to the Application page. Currently, we read all the way through the LOI page to the bottom, then have to scroll all the way back up to then click on the Application tab.

Third Party Emails
If a student enters an incorrect email address for a third party request, the system tells the student the email was sent. We would like to see if there is a way for the system to notify the student the email address was incorrect/invalid.

Question Visibility List
please restructure the question visibility list to mimic the list of roles possible on the User search page. We have a multiple approval Grant Agreement and have had to spend hours today reverting, reassigning, resubmitting and then marking the forms complete. Either we did it wrong, or we need a little more flexibility.

Eligibility Quiz
Maybe there is a way to do it and I need to be educated on it. Is there a way to batch assign the Eligibility Quiz to multiple scholarship processes vs individually?

Remember selection in Copy request window
It would save time and clicks if the Copy Request pop up window remembered the last process selection so that you don't have to scroll and select it again each time when copying multiple applications.

Ability to Highlight
As a reviewer, it would be great to be able to highlight sections of applicants' text. It would save so much time in terms of board meeting prep. Even better would be the ability to add notes.

Add "Primary Contact Last Logged On"
I'm wondering why there isn't a "Primary Contact Last Logged On" option in report creation. I appreciate that that feature is available for "Contact Last Logged On," but why not for Primary Contact too? Thanks!

So many places to log in!
The one complaint I have is that there are sooo many places to log into. Sandbox, live site, base camp, maybe smartsheets for traininings. It would be nice that if I got logged into one place I would then have all of my possible logins listed. If I need base camp, I can click "here." If I need my sandbox, I can click "here." Etc. Kind of like a hub of locations.

Option to show document in a project to a specific Evaluator or Evaluators or individual users
In a project we have the ability to show a document to an applicant when we upload a document to their project. In our case, the donor advised process may have specific family donor advised evaluators, who are interested in the final reporting on the project or thank you letters/cards received regarding a project. Currently, we have to create the follow up final report pdf, then save to a separate Google Drive where the specific users have access. Or, in the case of something sent to us, scan and upload to Google Drive. It would be so much simplier to…

Alpha by Organization Sort Name within Buckets
Alphabetize organizations using their "Organization Sort Name" field when displaying them in buckets. For example, when I open the LOI Evaluation Closed bucket and click on the organization column to sort the applicants, they are sorted by "Organization Name" and not the sort name field. So groups who's name starts with "The" appear in the T's instead of where they properly belong alphabetically. (I feel like Foundant used to do this...perhaps it was overridden during an update?)

SLM-Edit Deadline Batch Option
It would be nice to be able to select a process and then be able to edit the deadline in batch rather than go into each individual application to do so. Would speed it along if needing to extend the deadline for a group of students in a process.
