Mass Update Instructions / Visibility / Required Type on Shared Questions
Currently when you update a shared question, the instructions / visibility / required type don't update, but it would be great if you could choose to mass update them.
This would be useful if you need to make a question that was originally optional on all forms required on all forms, or if the instructions for a question on multiple forms needs to be updated across the board.

In UA, is it possible when editing the UA application - specific to an opportunity to add the name of the opportunity.
The question group label added to the end like: Process Manager / 2020 Community Foundation Scholarship Application/Application / Opportunity Name Here2 votes -
scholarships
Would be nice for a way to run a report that shows which scholarship opportunities applicants decline. Some of our scholarships require essays, and I have a feeling that many applicants decline those opportunities. Would be nice to be able to relay that information to those scholarship donors.

Download Multiple 990s at Once
It would be ideal to be able to download all of the most recent 990s for the applications in a given process. Currently, each one requires multiple clicks to access and download. Please add the ability to do this with a minumum of clicks, ideally, in a Batch option.

Different levels of access for applicants
Different levels of access for applicants. This is a request from an applicant organization who would like to have multiple contacts but limit their access to view/edit only specific grant processes.

search sent emails by subject
It would be helpful to have additional criteria to search sent emails and be able to apply them concurrently. For instance, querying by date and subject; or date and organization, etc. Thank you fro your consideration.

Add custom columns to Application Evaluation Assigned page
It would be helpful to have the ability to add a column to the Application Evaluation Assigned page that would show who the application is assigned to (which staff member).

Documents Tab - Order of Documents
It would be amazing to be able to drag documents on the documents tab into the order you'd like them to be in. Right now, the only way to reorder the documents within the documents tab is to delete them and re-upload them in the order you want them in.

Auto-email when a payment is entered so that it can trigger an email to grantee to expect payment.

Applicant & Application Comments
I like the feature of being able to add comments to an application or to the applicant's account in SLM, but I wish I could see the comments from the individual applications (requests) directly from the User Summary page. I currently use the comments section to document communication with applicants that does not come out of the system or the reason why I made changes. It would be nice to see a complete history of communication or if there were any issues especially since I deal with a new batch of applicants each year.

Cancel installment cancel date
As-is, there is no way to run a report for everything that was cancelled in a period (ie, this month, this year, etc.) to be able to easily identify that information. I would think a little cancellation form (that is reportable) should pop up when you toggle it to cancelled that asks for a cancellation date, comments, etc.

Display due date and date submitted on form view
I can see due dates and dates submitted for follow up forms from the dashboard list, but lose that information once I click on any item in the list - I can see the form questions, but not the due date or the date submitted. I don't want to have go back to the list to get that information if I'm reviewing a form and need either of those dates.

time stamp
On the Follow Up Tab, please add a time stamp column after the "Due Date" column so we can easily see at a glance in one place when it was actually submitted and also add the time stamp submitted on the report itself when it's printed out as a hard copy. Viewing it in its current location in the status change log is not convenient or efficient. Thank you!

accreditation for governmental institutions
Instead of just having a guidestar check for grantees, include accreditation feature that shows when (date field) the accreditation was performed and who the the accrediting institution is. This would be extremely helpful when making scholarship payments to governmental institutions that are not a 501(c)(3).

Customize Applicant-Facing Organization History
It would be great to be able to customize the applicant-facing organization history. Perhaps this is an application of the custom columns feature. As is, the org history as seen by the applicant is jargony (process, status, type, etc.) and is not likely to be helpful to someone who isn't well-versed in Foundant-speak. Additionally, since different organizations use GLM differently the default display may actually cause confusion for applicants (e.g., we are a government agency and have an entirely separate accounting system so we do not use the payment/installment functions in GLM...so some closed projects are listed in GLM as…

Funder Communication in Collaboration
Funders should be able to communicate with all people working on a grant. We just upgraded our license to allow collaboration. However, while grantees may be able to communicate en masse, funders cannot communicate with collaborators. There needs to be some way for this to happen, whether the main contac/grantee sets it up or it happens automatically when collaboration begins.

sorting by third party response
There used to be a way to sort by third party responses (0/2, 1/2, 2/2) on the submitted application tab. It appears we can no longer do that, which results in a large amount of time having to scroll through all applications to find the ones that have met the requirement. Can this be added back in?

Numbering Requests
As the bookkeeper AND grants manager, it would be extremely helpful to have a unique grant number assigned to each request. This would make back end tracking, payments, and Foundant searches much easier as several of our requests have the SAME project titles.
