  1. It would be very beneficial if the evaluators for SLM could see all the evaluation summaries for each scholarship applicant (like the administrator can see) instead of the administrator emailing them a screenshot of rankings and attaching the overall summaries for each applicant.

    I have asked this before from support but was told not part of the evaluation stage or available at the time.

Recently, my foundation opted to not use letters of recommendation for our scholarships and we updated it so that the recommendation is a combination of quantitative (rankings) and qualitative (a text box where they explain and expand on the reason for their rankings). But because this is all in the system and not something that they upload on their own, because it is a third party, evaluators cannot see the recommendations that were submitted. We do not want students to see their recommendations, so changing visibility to everyone is not the ideal solution. There should be a way for only…

  3. We would love to provide our Giving Circles the ability to run their own evaluation reports so when they meet as a group they can discuss their own evaluations for submitted grants. Much easier for them to do it than staff. If this needs to be a new role assigned that would be fine.

  4. I've encountered a Reporting Glitch where half of my fields will show up but the rest of the fields only show if I add a "greater than 0" filter. Can someone please fix this?

  6. We use 1 staff and 2 volunteer evaluators. Staff has a different set of questions and evaluators have the same questions per student.

The new Question Mark at the bottom of the screen is in the way of other buttons I need, which also appear at the bottom of the screen - moving grants to the next stage, seeing the next page for a report, and clicking save on updates made to a profile, to name a few. Can the question mark be smaller? Or live somewhere else where there aren't other buttons we need to click to move things along?

  8. When setting the Auto Due Date for a follow up in Process Manager, if I select the Time Span option, the list of dates to choose from are:

    Decision Date
    Project application requesting fiscal sponsorship
    Listing of Projects
    Date resolved
    Project End Date
    Letter of Support
    Fiscal Sponsorship Agreement
    Project Start Date

    I would like to have Date Follow Up Assigned included in that list.

    And on a side note, I'm puzzled by the Fiscal Sponsorship-related options; is there a feature I'm unaware of that is specific to fiscally sponsored requests?

  10. keep the merge template as a title next to where the field merges so when the merge is complete it has the name of the field next to the response, otherwise there is no context for what the field is

  11. We have implemented question branching in both our application and our evaluations, and it is awesome. However, when we print our evaluations to PDF to share with the group, the branching we use ends up creating many extra pages (questions from the unused branches with no answers). Could you either revise how the report form works so that it excludes unused branch information OR alternatively provide the option to download an MSWord version of the evaluation reports - which would allow us to easily delete the unused portions.

  12. Right now he has limited access for read and review only. What we are wanting is to have that further cut back to only certain grantees are accessible to him. Possible?

  13. Custom Columns.
    It would be helpful, especially for evaluators if the ability to truly customize the columns was possible. Meaning select all the columns that are visible instead of default columns that may be unncessary.

  14. When manual requests are left in Application Draft bucket, they are not available in reporting. Expected result would be to allow these to either be pulled in included in the Application Draft status or add a checkbox in pre-filters allowing manual to be selected

  16. I would love to be able to do a "Batch Option" to create documents from a merge template across multiple Approval > Approved applications. When processing 100+ grants at a time, it would be a lot easier to do a batch than to open each Project Name, select "Create Document" and pick the correct template. Even better if it can be done from Payment Tracking (to piggy back off another idea submitted). Thanks!

  17. It would be extremely helpful to have a column on the application workload page similar to the 3rd party responses column that shows how many questions are not answered vs. total questions. Admins would be able to quickly see how far along the applicants are and if reach out to those that have almost all the questions completed. We use the universal application so this would save so much time when reviewing over 1000 applications around our deadline.

    I could also see this being extremely useful on the evaluation and follow up workload pages too!

  19. This feature would allow an admin to set up an email reminding the admin and grants managers (other pertinent roles/individuals could be selected - in our case this could include front desk staff) that a grant deadline for applicants is approaching.
