Excel Attachments in Application Packet
Excel Attachments in Application Packet - Is anyone else having issues with some Excel content not being included into the Foundant-generated application packet? If so, how are you correcting this (other than spot-checking and correcting by altering the PDF application packet after you download it from Foundant)?

Show application once form assigned
For processes with a default visibility of internal:
Once a follow up form has been assigned to a user, I would like the visibility to automatically change to "show" rather than having to assign a form and then change it manually.

Dates for Evaluators/Follow ups
When you have grant committee meetings and evaluations are conducted (review of applications and site visits), it'd be nice to have start/end dates per evaluation. We currently have 2 evaluations to due however, the start/end dates are only for the application. By having the dates, this prevents evaluators to revised their answers...not cool!

page numbers
Could you add page numbers to the LOI and application packets? When the LOI/applications are printed out, the pages are not numbered. If you drop a packet it is very challenging to get the pages back in order without having the pages numbered.

Pop Up Question
It would be nice to have questions that pops up depending on the answer to the prior questions. For example, if you answer the question with a "yes" a questions comes up pertaining to that and if you hit "no" a different question would pop up.

Organization Search Results: It would be great to add a column that showed the last time the organization was funded.
If I am looking for an overview of who we have funded, in a specific state over the past 5 years, I have to run an all up report, filter it by state and funding date. It would be great to have quick access to this data by viewing on the search results page, the last funding date.

Nicknames
It would be really helpful to have a nickname box, particularly when it comes to sending email templates. All too often a person is known by a nickname or abbreviated name so sending an email to Dear Stephen sounds very odd when I know the person as Steve. If there is no name in the box, it could default to the first name, but if there were a name in the box, it would be handy to have the option.

Ability to cc assistant.
It would be really useful if there was the possibility to add an assistant to an applicant or board member's account so that automated emails could be copied to the assistant automatically. Any chance of that happening in the future? Or anyone know how to work around it?

automatic email notification upon completion of application
We would like to generate an automatic email to our applicants once we have marked their application complete. Currently our applicants get an automatic email upon submission, but we have to manually send them emails once we have determined their application is complete

deleting administer comments
Sometimes I go to write a comment and then realize I don't need to or it belongs somewhere else. If I have checked "show applicant" then I can delete the text of the comment, but the comment box stays there, empty and visible to the applicant. I would like to be able to delete the box altogether.

Make Video Playback Speed Adjustable
It would be wonderful to be able to adjust the playback speed of video trainings for GLM. It's a feature I frequently use for tutorials or educational videos on YouTube and I am missing the speed and efficiency of watching a training at 1.5x speed.
Additionally, I could see playing the video back at slower speeds, may be useful for some clients. Especially if English is not their first Language.

Move to a single "request summary" page
I would like to see the Request Summary page be the page for a request. Since the tabbed view was rolled out, the "request summary", "approval", "denial", "application", etc pages are all practically the same, with slight variations. This causes confusion for me, I don't see the need to have these slight variations when a standard request summary screen would be sufficient for all actions, just have the correct information load below the tabs, depending on what you click on. Happy to talk through this if it doesn't make sense! Thanks for considering!

Reminder texts
We are a scholarship organization and fund students for four years of undergraduate study. We contact them at least three times per year via your email system, and the students don't respond very well to emails anymore. Local high schools have said, "Why don't you use REMIND.COM or the like - just text your scholarship recipients instead of email reminders." We collect our students mobile phone numbers - can you incorporate a text reminder program into your software processes? Thanks, Jim K. - keep up your good work!

On applicants being able to see decision information:
I would love the see the ability to a) have a different delay based on approved or denied and b) to have the option that the status appears to the applicant when a follow up is assigned.

Follow Up Completed by Merge Field
I would like to have a "Follow Up Completed by" merge field. When there is staff change over and a person other than the original applicant completes a Follow up form, it's difficult to create correct documentation. I use Mail Merge to create documents that track the Follow Ups, but I can only list who the original applicant was. If a new user completes the follow up, this information is lost.

Add ability to edit while in preview rather than having to keep track of your edits and switch to the edit function.
I was working on finalizing an application and switching from preview back to edit is cumbersome. There should be a way to edit a document while in preview mode.

Organization address updates also trigger updates to contact address
When I change the address for an organization (they moved offices), I have to go into each contact and "Copy address from Organization" so they update as well. Very infrequently do any individual contacts have a different address than the main organization, though it certainly does happen. Can we streamline this process? I am imagining this: whenever an organization contact field is changed (address or phone), a pop-up box comes up listing the existing contacts for that org, and you can tick the ones that you want to overwrite with the new address (while retaining the ability to keep some…

Make alerts for questions that don't indicate a character count the same as those that do
When an applicant goes over the amount of characters allowed for a question that doesn’t indicate a character limit, they get an alert right then telling them they’ve gone over. If they don’t fix it at the time the excess of characters remains and the applicant can SAVE.

Approval/follow up assign work flow fix
Any thought to adding an email applicant button to the workflow AFTER you save an approval? I'd like to be able to send notification to the applicant after the grant is approved, but before they are assigned a follow up report. The flow doesn't currently allow for this. The follow up report assigned email goes out as soon as it's assigned and it doesn't make sense for them to see the follow up email before the approval notification.
