  2. Similar to an eligibility review quiz that auto-grades, I would appreciate a follow-up form that does not require review in order to be complete. We have a form, the acknowledgement of funds received, that we do not have a need to review. It would be great if it could be marked complete automatically.

  3. I seem to remember that I used to be able to copy the text of an applicant's answer. But now, I have to press edit in order to copy the text. I don't want to press edit - that makes it too easy to accidentally change the text. I just want to be able to copy. Can that be reinstated?

  4. Previously when you would leave the workload page with a sort order (either by process or scoring or name etc.) already set, you could link back from the request to the workload page with the same sort order.
    For some reason now, this sort order doesn't stick, and you have to click the sort order once again.
    It is a little annoying to have to do this when you are reviewing a long list and have to hop back and forth constantly. Can this be considered when the next release is made? Or is this feature no longer possible for…

  5. I have several scholarships that I am awaiting letters of recommendation for. Everyday I have to click the scholarship and scroll down to see if the letters of recommendation have come in for the applicant. It would be nice to have an alert letting me know when a letter has been submitted for a student. Not sure if it's possible, but just a thought. Thanks

  6. It would be helpful in the status change log to be able to make a comment when you change the status. For example, when I mark an application incomplete I would like to see in the status change log a comment I made about why.

  7. I would like to be able to preview an entire form at once. Currently if i open one section the other sections close. I want to be able to have them all open at once.

  8. we have 7 scoring teams that annually score grants, it is cumbersome to reset the scoring team for each process... would it be possible to create a mechanism to set scoring teams and have those people grouped together in some fashion.

  9. Is there an easy way to include other organization's contacts on an email message (vs. manually typing an email address)? We send messages to multiple contacts of fiscally sponsored groups.

  10. It would be great if there was a running live list of organizations or requests that I've recently searched for or had open--like maybe the last 10 or so. Sometimes things come up and I have to go back into an organization's page that I was just in, and have to type it all over again in the search box. Would be great if I could just click it!

  11. I am posting this on behalf of a client:

    Our legal counsel was inquiring about the “time and date” stamp rationale for EGA.

    The question is whether the status change log is a sufficient audit log for legal purposes. We would love to see a time and date stamp similar to what we see on the administrator end. The “this field was completed by Betty Bloomer on July 7, 2016” that is visible under the signature field would produce a sound argument of a legitimate audit trail of an electronic signature on both sides of the transaction.

  13. It used to be that the only required fields for a new user was the name, email and password. Now, when I create a new user (for example, as an evaluator), I have to include their title, phone, address, city, etc. It's a pain, and I don't usually have those details. Can I change those fields so they're not required? Or change at least some of them? Thanks!

  14. Currently, organizations are able to edit their own user information, and they are able to edit some fields of their organization information. I encounter that when there is turnover in an organization or a change in who is responsible for reporting to the Foundation that users share their log-in information and ultimately just change the information in a user profile from the previous user to themselves. While this is convenient from a user perspective, it makes our history look like that person has done all of the previous reports, submitted the application, etc, rather than alerting us to a new…

  15. We have several processes that are rolling and we review applications one by one. It makes sense for the Application Complete button to be at the bottom of the form after reviewing it but then when you need to Assign Evaluators in the next step you have to scroll all the way down again to get to that button. Would be great if it was at the top of the screen!

  17. To create a drop down list of options that pops up when hovered over under the tabs of the newly designed dashboard. Instead of having to click on those tabs to see the menu, have a drop down list appear when hovered over it.

  18. We have chosen to not have full application status available to grantees in the View Organization History. Unfortunately this means that grantees now see grants listed for $0 when they were actually granted. This is an inaccurate view of the data and we'd prefer that grantees just see the grant process, project title and status, but NOT the zeroed out amount granted and paid since this is false.

    Also, it would be helpful if I could run a list from my system of all users that have been granted View Organization History status.

  19. We send out confirmation emails with our grant payments each month. These emails vary based on the payment schedule of the grant, but not drastically so. It would be wonderful if I could select a group of payments from the tracking page and email them all the same template.

  20. When I do a search here in the Idea Lab, I would love to be able to filter or sort the results. At bare minimum, it would be great to sort by most recent or most votes. But it would be nice to filter to just "Implemented," for example.
