  1. It would be amazing if applicants could access/edit follow up forms regardless of their due date. This would allow them to access multiple follow ups at one time, even if there were different due dates for each follow up.

  2. It would be great to have the option to run an old report and change the data set. Not edit the data set but change it to a new one. I have 8 old reports with complicated formulas, filters, etc. but would like to run them with a new data set without editing/losing the old data set or reports.

  3. Select All Fields

    In building a report, it would be nice to have a select all fields button. Specifically, I would like to audit my reports to make sure each question has a distinct label and instead of examining each I would like to select all and click save to see if the screen has a pop up that notifies me there are multiple fields with the same name and which!

  4. When you are finished using proxy as an applicant, and you "stop proxying as ___" it would be great if you could remain on the same screen, but with your view. Or, at least go back to the screen you were on before you began to proxy.

  6. Organizations and applicants should have the power to manage their contact list including- adding contacts, deactivating contacts (a login should reactivate just in case), editing contact information, etc. They should have the ability to do this so they can keep their profiles and contacts up to date. It would also be great for them to have the ability to reassign applications and follow-ups as there are many staff transitions and changes that we end up needing to work with them on changing rather than them being able to make the necessary changes on their own.

  7. It would be great to have a feature where we could change the color of tabs on the applicant dashboard. We get many calls from applicants who are having difficulty navigating their dashboard and breaking up the dashboard with different colors would likely help with this.

  8. We'd like to see the pre-population of stated outcomes listed on the interim and final reports so that the grantee (and the grantmaker) can see what the intentions of the grant were versus what the actual outcomes were. It is time consuming to review grants and have to look through the application and pull out the intended outcomes only to have to do the same for the follow up reports, then have to create a chart or other document that shows the information side by side. It will also help grantmaking staff understand the history of a grant if there…

  9. It would be really helpful if we had the option for automated emails to be sent to the Administrators 1 day after a follow up is do, rather than just the Assignee. It would make for keeping track of follow ups so much easier, especially when you have a lot grantees on different follow up schedules.

  10. That appear beside the scholarships that are available to apply for, once a student has applied and submitted, can that button change colors, or fade out so applicants know they have already done a particular application?

  12. I would love an option to batch print every application in each process. Currently I need to go in to each application and open the PDF to print. Would be nice to be able to select all and print.

    Hi All,

    As of today, May 4th 2022, we released our first version of batch print/download

    There are two ways to use this functionality:

    1. From applicant facing forms work load pages (LOI, Applications, and Follow Ups) you will now have the option to Batch Print the print packet.

    2. From request & decisions you can now create PDFs of the documents in a single large doc or into a zipped file.

    To learn more about this functionality go to support hub and search "Print" or "Download"

  13. Add "Overdue" item to Follow Up section on dashboard (and corresponding list) to be able to quickly determine follow ups that may need follow up.

  15. Please consider adding the option in the Process Summary that allows us to limit the number of applications an applicant can begin within that process. We only accept one application for most of our grant programs and would like to be able to set a limit to the number of applications one can start. Currently, applicants can start multiple drafts of an application. This creates lots of abandoned applications.

    The Apply button could be deactivated and greyed out once an applicant has reached the limit of applications that can be drafted and submitted within the process.

  17. Currently, we have had to create test accounts as an applicant and as an evaluator and then have to sign in and out of each one to test how I processes will look and work.

  19. My un-tech savvy applicants can't remember how to print a hard-copy of their application. I think if you hover on "Application Package" or "Question List" it should say "Print here"!!!
    There may be other options that solve this problem as well.

  20. I would also love to be able to customize the 14 day submission reminder, or at least add another reminder 2 or 3 days prior to due date. And it would be fantastic if I could also do this with applications as well as follow-up forms.

    With our February 2024 release you can created automated emails for applications in draft. To edit the timeframe for this email and follow up you may do this through settings. 

     This current implementation only allows for one reminder but we are continue to iterate on this functionality, and encourage that if you would like to be able to set multiple reminders please like this idea to keep up todate: https://idealab.foundant.com/forums/339786/suggestions/42009139
