I find "Undecided" to be a confusing status label for applicants. Might you consider "under review" instead?

    I am a big fan of "Under Review" in replace of "Undecided". I am coming from SLM but this is the same terminology that my coworkers using GLM use too.

    I think Under Review would be better also, as some folks just don't know what to make of Undecided. Not sure why, but some seem to think that their request went into no-mans-land and is lost in the abyss. I just clarify that the request is still "under review."
