Hi All,
This is the view we introduced for User Merge. Would this same layout be helpful organization

For my purposes, that captures the sort of information I would be looking for, in terms of Organization merge. I haven't yet used the User Merge, which is a fairly rare option for us, but an Organization merge happens frequently and those are the sort of details I cross-reference. Thanks, Sammie.

Yes, I am with Yurianna. You can see the "Created" date of the organization, and I just have to randomly hope that the one with the most recent created date has the best information when I commit to the merge - otherwise I have to go back and forth to view what has the most recent activity.
I recognize, it isn't necessarily going to break anything in terms of history and access, however, knowing that the account has been used recently indicates to me that they have looked at the details on their account, thus address and phone numbers could be more accurate. -

I had this problem when doing a demonstration, and wanted to remove an evaluator, but was stuck and it was difficult to have a neutral score to not mess things up. I couldn't remove the votes, and I couldn't remove the user, so you can get stuck in a tricky spot.
As Administrators, I feel like we should have the ability to make such changes, as we are able to have that sort of responsibility. I dislike finding weird things like this that get hung up on a technicality. I guess I would like to understand the mechanics as to why we aren't able to do such changes. -

I agree! I am always disappointed when that option isn't there, depending on where I am viewing it. I figured as an Administrator, this could be an option always, but maybe it still helps for other types of users.
Yes, I know I can use the Page Up or Page Down, but these buttons don't jump all the way down or up, so it is a lot of button pressing or scrolling. I am with Catherine on this one!Dana Jeffery supported this idea ·

While I am very used to reassigning a follow-up grant report for new contacts, there have been times where we have pertinent information that appears in the follow-up, so it is helpful for new contacts to be able to also view past completed reports.
Can we please have the option to make Follow Ups viewable for All, as we have the ability to have all users for an organization to be able to view the Organization History. I am confused why this element of the history is not visible.Dana Jeffery supported this idea ·

Anonymous commented last in 2019 with a handy way of doing this sort of flagging, which is great. We also added a field to the Organization details for something that we had wanted to flag, which is helpful.
I am still wondering though if there was another look at this for something (simple visual cue) at a glance. Is this still "under consideration" or just waiting for more votes? Maybe I will wrangle up a few more votes...

HI Jennifer,
Is this information most helpful in reports OR would it be better to add additional functionality to the eligibility center? We are currently discussing add export to these pages as well as email. Would this help with your workflow, or do you want it in reporting so that you can see why they potentially failed more easily?

Yes, to all of the above. I came to the Idea Lab to ask for this. We have a board member that wants to see what the Fail responses are. We are probably not going to want to reach out to help folks, but we want to see if we can learn from these to make things clearer. We have a fairly large quantity of folks that do not meet our requirements, unfortunately.
I can see that I can add Eligibility information into Quick Export, but this would mean that they have passed, which is not what we want. Also, we find it a tad frustrating that we can only see the User name, and not the organization they are associated with. It would be great if within the Eligibility Center you could select all, and instead of just Reset Eligibility, there was a Quick Export option there.
I would welcome a conversation about our Eligibility Quiz sore spots. I think we have a few.
(Not sure if the Feedback Needed was just for Jennifer, or for any of us) -

I have wondered about this also because right now I take a downloaded copy of the correspondence and save it to the request or organization Documents tab. It would be nice to see if the replies can be recorded within the email history.
