I agree, there are many funders that use different terminology for the forms and it would be nice to have the chance to have Administrators be able to change the titles for the form types.
I feel like this has been suggested in the past, but I am supporting this so that it gains some traction!! :DDana Jeffery supported this idea ·

I never thought of having this feature embedded in the system, but this would be a game changer!
We are going to be adding language to our forms that indicate that we understand the use of AI is helpful, but that we do not accept applications that are entirely completed by AI. We have been swamped this year with AI generated applications and have been using ZeroGPT and Copyleaks to test when we suspect the application is using AI. It adds another element to our reviews, but helps us understand how something that doesn't qualify appears to fall within our guidelines.
As a national funder with an open competitive process, we don't have time for the spammy AI requests we are getting. Anything like this could really help us!

What a brilliant idea! I wish I had thought of this, because for years I have been adding the data into a field we created...kinda annoying when the system has the data right there.
Our evaluators like to have everything right within the forms, so they do not have to click around to find the information as they evaluate. This data being a set that could be added into an evaluation or internal field would be so helpful!
