Add Process Name Column to Follow Ups Bucket
It would be helpful to be able to sort by process when reviewing all follow-ups.

Track usage/traffic
It would be nice to be able to see how much traffic our Foundant site gets from applicants. For example, does traffic go up after we run social media posts? We can currently run a report to show applications in any status, but that doesn't capture everything, like people who log in to work on an application that remains in draft status.

Universal app confirmation page
I find the language on the Universe confirmation page confusing. It says the applicant is eligible for the following opportunities, it's not 100% clear that the applicant must continue to apply. I'd suggest moving the blue "Continue" button to the top, or changing the message to read: "Based on your answers, you may apply for the scholarships listed below. Click the blue Continue button at the bottom of the page to complete the applications."

merge fields from request
It would be great if all fields were available for email merges. Specifically, we schedule in person meetings as part of our review process, and those times are loaded into the application and evaluation so that I can display them for evaluators. I'd love to pull that field into the applicant emails. This is currently the only process email that I have to send outside of Foundant.

Change application language to eligibility for first stage of UA
When using a UA, those first common questions are really for eligibility, at least the way we are using it. So when the potential applicants get to the confirmation page, for either the failure message or to see what scholarships they are eligible for, it says your application has been submitted, but really, it hasn't. They are, at that point, ready to enter the application and its questions. Can there be some terminology changes set for the first stage? I make it clear in my instructions what's to happen, but an applicant as you define it shouldn't really be one…

Place eligibility quiz in a place where it is accessible to everyone with samples on how to set them up for scholarships and grants
I would like to learn how to use the eligibility quiz for both my applications and scholarships in order to streamline the ineligible applicants.

Ability to track 'clicks' to know when/where an applicants abandons the application process
We would like to be able to track applicant clicks through the system so we can see if changes made impact user abandon rates in certain parts of their online journey with us. For example, when/where in the process do they give up? This would allow us to identify where we might need better instructions or a change in the questions or flow.

Table-Style Question: Formatted for Reviewers/Evaluators
It would be really beneficial for reviewers to be able to see all information that applicants enter/type in the table cells when using the side-by-side evaluation display. Currently, the number of characters that display per row is very limited.

Customize Visibility of Applicant Registration Fields
Currently, you can either share no applicant contact information with evaluators or evaluators can see (in the 'Contact Information' section of a request) the applicant's name, email, phone number, and mailing address (pulling from the User Information section that the applicant fills out during registration and can update via 'Edit My Profile').
It would be really useful to be able to customize the visibility of User Information fields - for example, showing the Applicant name and their Job Title/Role but not addresses and phone numbers.

Create reports by organization in addition to report creation by process
The report builder in GLM and SLM is driven by the grant/scholarship process. It would be helpful to be able to build reports outside of the process framework.
We want a central place to track non-profits and contacts in GLM who are also profiles in cSuite. For example, to figure out who is registered in GLM to submit an LOI or application or follow-ups so we can compare with the information on those profiles (org and contact) in cSuite. Bonus points if the Grant ID from GLM, and the Profile ID in cSuite, could be included in the report!

Denied applications on Dashboard
On numerous occasions, I have been asked how many organizations were declined for a specific process in a prior year, and which organizations were declined. It would be helpful to see this from the dashboard. Currently, denial drafts are visible, but not denials. Since there is no way to see this from the dashboard, I need to create a report to obtain this information which seems like a lot of effort for something that should be quickly accessed from a dashboard. I realize I could go to Search-->Requests and Decisions, but usually I also need to capture how much $…

Board/Community Member Permissions in GLM
People with Board Member/Community Member designations who are in the system only to evaluate grants should only have access to the processes they are assigned to. Right now, they can use the "request and decision" tool and see org history for everything in GLM- this is concerning to us for a variety of privacy reasons.

Custom URL capability for SLM and GLM grant processes
It would be nice to be able to create a custom URL for grant and scholarship programs instead of the grantinterface.com address.

user roles
It's also about user roles and auto emails attached to F/U forms...
We really need an additional user role for our regional directors. Our program managers (in the Grant Manager role) do 99% of the lift in GLM, but every so often we need to be able to bump a form up to a director. But our directors are also in the GM role, so everyone gets the same email. Our current work around is to assign the form to the director, but that doesn't always catch their attention.
Also, making the payment forms approvable would be great. That way…

Legal Name Field in GLM Profiles
Nonprofits often run under a DBA or have a common name they use that does not always match their 501 c 3 IRS Designation name. If there was a field in the GLM profile that allowed for a legal name and common name, syncing that over to C-Suite, which already has a legal name field, would be IMMENSELY helpful.

Allowing larger file sizes
Our applications typically require a lot of uploads. They also have a lot of conditional logic. For instance, if someone is applying for a smaller amount of money, we ask for less financial documents, It would be nice if the allotment for file size allowance per application took the conditional logic into account instead of making it all cumulative. We bump into the issue of not having enough file size space in our applications all the time, and often steal a megabyte or two from one upload field to accommodate another, only to need to steal from somewhere else, etc.

Question Required Type Visibility
When we set up forms, the questions alternate between the required types (required, optional, read only) and visibility (internal, everyone, etc.). It would be helpful if the questions required type was visible at-a-glance similarly to the visibility so that we didn't have to click on the actual question and open it, just to see if its a read-only or optional.

SLM Follow up drafts - not all are truly drafts
For multi year scholarships, we have info we'll need from the student each subsequent year. Those follow ups now show in "drafts" but really, they are not in draft stage, they are upcoming or pending. It would be great to have those in their own bucket in the followup box on the dashboard so we can keep those separate from current/real time drafts we need to be aware of.

It would be helpful to be able to customize the Third Party Response Reminder e-mails. We would like to include a deadline for the third party to respond.
