  1. Please allow campaign income statements to generate including ALL related gifts, regardless of fund! Lacking all fund's revenue activity, they are not useful reporting tools.

  2. Default Donation Entry - When year-end campaign checks pour in, it would be very helpful to be able to save donation settings temporarily while processing a pile of checks that all go to the same fund, to the spendable portion, and are attributed to the same campaign. This is a huge savings in time and is a feature of other fundraising software systems.

  3. Make clickable area BIGGER - when entering a pile of spendable donations, it slows down the process to have a tiny circle that needs precision-clicking to check "spendable".

  6. It would be great if there was an option to schedule when newly established funds are to be included in the granting calculations.

    For most of our funds, we require them to sit idle for at least one calendar year after being realized to allow for some earnings to build up before we grant. Currently, we either have to remove them from the granting calculation altogether and just remember to add them back in after 1 year, or uncheck them from the distribution list before it's posted.   7. It would be awesome to be able to select [ALL] or [NONE] when adding the funds to a fund advisor portal. This is available in the Affiliate setup (see image "Capture1"). I currently have to check each very small box to turn tabs on and off for each fund (See image "Capture2". Many of our 300+ affiliates have 10-20 funds and fund advisors come and go every day.

  8. Hello, can you please enable the function that we had before on the check flow. Where you go to accounts payable, and identify a single vendor that you wish to pay, and when you click the name, it show you all the vouchers pending to pay for that vendor and the ability to select which vouchers you want to pay, account, date, fund. Please it was very helpful and easy.

  9. I would like to be able to select which portal campaign event tickets live on. Currently any campaign created for an affiliate portal also shows up on the main portal (if marked to sell Online Tickets, of course). Specifically, our campaign revenue is going to an affiliate fund marked Private from the main portal, but the event still shows up on the main community foundation portal. We should be able to control where tickets are sold for a campaign.

  11. In Custom Reports, please have the option to filter dates with Current Fundbalance and Current Principal. I realize this option is in Financials, but we run various reports that we need the fund balance, principal with different dates.

  12. We would find it beneficial to have Vendor and totals also reported under the 'Reports' fund summary. We are aware we can use the >Reports dropdown to run a vendor specific report. Having Admin Fees, Grantees, Donors and Vendors on one report would help clarify money in and out across the board. (On my attachment example, the blue boxes shade proprietary/confidential information.)

  13. I want to link a volunteer board member as the solicitor of an opportunity. It would be ideal to add a "Solicitor" field, which can link to profile ID's in CSuite.

    Only field available to link an individual to an opportunity is Assigned field, which only links Users/Employee records to Opportunities & Tasks within.

  15. For Reports in general, and for custom reports in particular, it would be extremely helpful if there was a log that showed the date each report was last run, and who last ran it. This info could be used when cleaning up reports. For example, reports that haven't been run in years would be safe to delete. Reports that haven't been run in the last year could be marked with a Category that would indicate it's old and might not be up to date. Etc.

  16. Would be great to have a complete picture of all emails sent with the profile. If I send an award letter, that is only tracked/noted with the grant, not as an overall communication with the profile. That's not the best set up, as I think you'd want to see the full picture of any/all communications with a profile. Perhaps, since you have that capability in SLM to send and see status of emails (in rich text!) you could integrate in csuite as well.

  17. Wondering if it is possible when you add a student number to the student profile, if a different school is selected then what was originally entered for the Scholarship recipient, the information can link or have a prompt to change the school for said scholarship recipient? We usually have a lot of students change schools from their application date to distribution, it would be awesome if the information can be linked to update in both places, or a prompt to change.

  19. With our migration to CSuite, nearly all donation history is assigned to the household but as donations are made online in CSuite, these new donations are usually saved to one of the individual profiles in the household.

    In the old profiles design, it was a simple click to move between the household donations and the individual's donations.

    In the new design, there does not appear to be an easy way to move from the individual donor to the household donations and back. Is there something we are missing???
