Profile Update: Need faster path between individual donor history and household donation history
With our migration to CSuite, nearly all donation history is assigned to the household but as donations are made online in CSuite, these new donations are usually saved to one of the individual profiles in the household.
In the old profiles design, it was a simple click to move between the household donations and the individual's donations.
In the new design, there does not appear to be an easy way to move from the individual donor to the household donations and back. Is there something we are missing???
For example --
When you are looking at an individual donor profile, you can click on the "part of household" link at the top, but this drops you into the native household profile, not the donor household profile. Would it be possible for this to recognize what part of the site we are viewing and drop us into the donor profile for the household?
Conversely --
When you are looking at the household donation profile, the only way to move to the individual donor's history involves a lot more clicking --
1. Click on the profile ID which takes you to the native profile for the household.
2. Click on the Relationships Tab.
3. Click on the individual's name.
4. Click on Donor Designation.
