Fund Name in Tax_Receipt Templates
When generating templates for tax_receipts, a fund name fields exists. This automatically pulls the Public Name of the fund. It would be nice to have the option to include the fund's legal name as entered in the system.

Ongoing Campaigns
It would be nice to have the ability to leave a campaign date open. We have situations when the campaign is ongoing. Putting an end date closes it. The work around that we have been doing is to put a far future date in to avoid the campaign closing. Not ideal. Thanks for considering.
8 votes4/5/2023:Campaigns: Enhanced the campaign workflow to help with the tracking of events and mailings. Each campaign will now be associated by type. Campaign types are event, marketing or historical. The assigned type will drive different campaign functionality. A campaign categorized as events, will allow a user to create tickets, groups, and requests for the campaign. Marketing will be used if the campaign is intended to create a mailing list to communicate with donors and other constituents. Historical will be a way to move completed campaigns into a separate list for campaigns that are no longer being used by the foundation. Campaigns will still be managed by user defined categories and can be archived within the category list. The campaign page has been redesigned to have a bucket system just below the event information and image at the top of the page. Each bucket will then trigger different left hand menu…

Voucher Date
Right now in grants, the voucher date defaults to the date it is created. It would be really helpful if we were able to define this date instead. For example, all of our scholarships have a July grant date because that's when they will be paid, but because of the large volume we process, the vouchers were created ahead of time in June. This means the voucher predates the actual grant. The opposite of this happens when we're entering grants for our supporting organizations after they've already occurred. Preparing GAAP financial statements requires that the portion of scholarships that are not scheduled for payment within one year be classified as NON current liabilties. It would be very helpful to have an aging report for scholarships payable. If there is a report available showing scheduled payment dates, please direct me accordingly. Thank you.

Sorting tax receipts by fund group/division for bulk processing
Currently, while we can have different templates available for each fund group/division, we cannot separate/sort the generated tax receipts by any functional method aside from Donation ID#.
The checkboxes that allow us to choose the receipts we want to process means we have to maintain separate lists of the donation ID#s for each division/group - and check them one by one by one by one by one ... which, when we're dealing with multiple divisions/fund groups/affiliates, makes it incredibly tedious and much LESS efficient than moving tax receipt processing and merging outside of CSuite. Undo marking tribute sent
We have had several instances where we inadvertently mark a tribute as sent. It would be great if there was an undo button. The clickable links are one on top of the other so it's easy to misalign the mouse and click.
6 votes8/20/2023; Tributes: In order to manage tributes more efficiently, a new workflow has been designed for Tributes.
The Tribute list view is now a custom report with the ability to sort each column and have the ability to apply filters, save filtered lists, export, email and load for future use. On the left hand menu, there is also a new Delete Unused menu item. This will allow clients to delete any unused tributes that do not have donations attached to the tribute or if the tribute does not have associated notify information. If the notify address or email information is not completed, the tribute information will move to a non-notify tribute field. This will allow clients to retain the information about the tribute on the donation in a text field.

Fund Statements - One PDF for ALL statements regardless of statement type
We would like to have one pdf of all the fund statements for the quarter as a backup. Unfortunately, the "Print All" option on Fund Statements only produces a pdf for those funds with "paper" statement type. The only way to get a pdf for those funds with "online" statement type would be individually downloading them one by one....not practical. Please provide a way to "Print All" regardless of statement type.

Fund Name merge field in fund_statement_review_email_body
It would be very helpful to have the option for additional merge fields in the system content fundstatementreviewemailbody.
Specifically, at least {fund name} would be helpful as well as others.
We have advisors that receive statements from multiple funds and without fund name in the email body, it is going to appear that they are just getting the same email multiple times. ACH Vendor batch Email
I have been paste and copying the Check Id detail attachment content and emailing vendors from CSuite. I though they woul want to be alerted about the ACH payments they can expect . It would be nice to be able to do that from the check batch . A similar process to how we can email grant and scholarship recipents letters .

Can you please give us the option to mark Organizations as Inactive?
We have quite a few businesses in our database that are no longer in existence. Can you please give us the option to mark these records as Inactive just as we are able to for Individuals?
I'd like to run a report where I didn't have to drill down into mailing addresses to determine if a record was still active. Also, an inactive mailing address does not indicate that a business has closed, it can also indicate that the business has moved.

Could there be a function when creating a grant request from a donor advised fund or an endowment distribution where more than one fund advisor must create or approve the request.

hide columns in bulk edit
Bulk fund edit is great but it would be nice to be able to hide columns like Excel can so the fund name (or short name) is visible along with columns to the far right of it.

recurring grant log
Most records in Csuite have a log which is awesome, however recurring grants do not (yet). Please add a log to recurring grants so we can see internally who created or updated those records. Thanks!

edit completed task
Should be able to edit a completed task.
16 votes9/11/2023: Tasks/Opportunity Tasks: Added the ability to edit completed tasks. Users will now see Edit as an option in the left hand menu on a Completed Task. No Update to Permissions.

Task Page Default
It would be helpful if the Task Page defaulted to "All My Tasks" so that we could see our upcoming to-do list with one click instead of just the tasks for that day.

View Recurring Grants from Fund
Add the ability to view recurring grants from the individual fund page.
67 votes03/13/2023: Funds: Added Recurring Vouchers, Recurring Grants, Recurring Donation tables to the Fund Relationship Tab. This will allow user to easily identify recurring items linked to the fund.
