  1. Add Hide Amounts as a global-checkbox option in the Bulk Edit Funds area. Hide Memorial Amounts is a Bulk Edit Funds option - Hide Amounts should also be.

  2. Please make the Donor ID visible on the donor record, in custom reports, and as an upload option. While many reports include it as output, its absence in these areas prevents us from linking the Donor ID to a Profile.

  4. From the task list, please add an option be able to mark all or multiple tasks complete, similar to how you can do so with the "Approve All" feature in the grants bucket.

  6. For Donations that are from a Donor Advised Fund or other scenarios where you have an Advisor to the donation that needs the tax receipt or acknowledgement letter (e.g., Edward Jones account is donor, but Jane Smith is advisor), the envelope template in Csuite still pulls "Edward Jones 1234 Foundant St" as the address, not the donor advisor. How can this be changed or can I change the envelope template and re upload this? I have to go to the donor advisor profile each time and print an envelope from their profile, rather than just use the streamlined 'print envelopes'…

  7. Recurrring Donations: It would be great if there was a "Last Donation Date" column. It would be helpful when looking for errors and to confirm the recurring donation went through.

  9. Would really like to have the ability to include meeting invite information in a task when it is sent ouf of CommunitySuite. Ideally, would have another field on the task, in addition to description, where they could enter Zoom meeting credentials, a room, etc.

  10. The other day we had a check that printed on plain paper by accident. We had to adjust all the grants in the batch (cancel payment and then pay again) in order to re-print the check. Every advisor received a notice that payment was cancelled. This caused a lot of confusion. Is there a way to program CSuite so it does not send a notice when "cancelling" a grant payment?

  11. Please add custom fields that come with date and comment fields. The date so we can easily see when a particular custom field was last updated, and comments gives us the ability to add more details. This would be a huge enhancement. Similar to Raiser's Edge functionality.

  12. I like to check the Community Suite release notes and frequently visit the upcoming releases page (https://support.foundant.com/hc/en-us/articles/8239927327127-CommunitySuite-Upcoming-Releases). Right now there there isn't anything upcoming and has this message:

    We look forward to releasing the following enhancements to your software. Watch for future announcements about when this new functionality will be available in your CommunitySuite solution.

  13. I like leveraging the custom fields to customize the platform to meet our needs. However, sometimes there are a lot of custom fields on the object. I try to group them by naming the field. Example: Presentations - Audience, Presentations - Description etc on opportunities to have a section of custom fields that are related to custom fields. Rather than having to have all of these longer names, it would be helpful if we could have custom field groups to begin to organize this information. Or to even designated tabs in the custom field section so we can flip through…

  14. When changing a grantee after having ran the Charity Check in C-suite, it would be great that the Charity Status Check gets cleared with the change as right now it keeps the date from the previous grantee and doesn't stop you from pushing the grant to GLM if using that function.

  16. We would like for the option to pick a Fiscal Sponsor on the Grantee Designation of a grantee's profile so that it automatically populates on a grant record when it is created for that grantee. Similar to how the Grant Type field on the Grantee Designation automatically populates on a grant record, this would save us time and clicks.

  17. I love the new Nickname field! We had a custom field that we were using for Nickname, but today I exported our custom field nicknames, then imported them into the new Nickname field and then removed them from the custom field and deleted the outdated custom field. In doing all that, I noticed that in Reporting when you select fields or filters that the field is labeled "Nick Name". Would it be possible to get it to match the Profile field label which is "Nickname"? Thanks!

  19. Have the ability to have certain tabs on the Fund Advisor Portal default to "Remove/Add from/To Everyone.

    We don't currently use the majority of the tabs and I have to remember to turn these tabs off when adding a fund advisor. It would be helpful to have these already default to "Remove from everyone" instead of individually edit.

  20. Would love for Profile ID to be be added as a Field on the Profile Type report. When working to maintain the data integrity, particularly within Profile Types, it's incredibly difficult and time consuming to do when you cannot easily get a count of profiles that are associated with each Profile Type. By adding Profile ID, I'd at the very least be able to export all to Excel and create a pivot table.

    Profile Type can be added as a column to a profile report OR from profile types in the profile left menu, select the profile type id, then list profiles.
